I am wondering how to go about customizing the look of the layout. I would like it to integrate with our site better and I was just wondering how I can do that? Is there a local CSS file that controls the look of the Plugin?

I’ve moved a localhost development website to a remote website, and suddenly the front end designer is not working.

I see a box with a grey border where the saved template should be, and a 404 error for:

XMLHttpRequest > responseURL: "https://staging.example.com/wp-content/udraw/storage/insight/output/5f59919bf0bfc.xml?oKWT5aKAHQ3XHE5l"

Strangely, the username I am logged in with is different to “insight”.

I’ve replaced the plugin with a brand new copy downloaded from the WP repository.

I’m using Divi on localhost, and using “Web To Print Shop : uDraw” Version 3.1.1, and when I create a front end product, there is no way to save or hit next to get to the point where I pay for the product.

I’m using Ampps as a localhost on a Mac.

After installing the plugin, I was prompted to install Woocommerce. After activating WooCommerce, I receive a white screen error:

Trying to test udraw to see if it will work for us before going fully all in. created template. tied it to a product. had a test user design and checkout with that product. then these 4 things happen. 1) in the admin side where the order is, there are 3 buttons. view pages, something else, and download pdf. that second button doesn’t show text, it just has an animated spinning gif spinning forever. when i click on it the page scrolls to the bottom which then turns into problem #2. 2) that area that says udraw product viewer doesn’t work. it’s broken. it shows the gui of the design tool but no design or anything inside. 3) third problem is when downloading the pdf, it is blank. all white with no background or foreground elements. only one element out of all the elements shows but since it’s white with a bit of drop shadow it barely shows up because it’s supposed to be on top of a dark color and the dark background element isn’t there. so basically an unusable pdf. 4) and the fourth thing is in the front side of the site where the customer logs in then views his/her orders, they can preview the order and there is a thumbnail of the purchased design, but above that thumbnail it has this error: Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /home/betastore/public_html/wp-content/plugins/udraw/uDraw.php on line 2368. not sure what’s supposed to be there, but if that error is fixed, hopefully it shows pdf download link for customer to be able to download the pdf as well. that’s all the errors for now. this is new wordpress install latest version as of today (ver 5.4.2 on 7-31-2020). new woocommerce install latest version (ver 4.3.1). not sure if it’s latest udraw. got it from your site just yesterday (ver 3.1.1). php version on the site started on 7.2 then i tried 7.0 then 5.6 and now it’s on 7.4. it doesn’t work on any of those php versions. would you be able to tell me all the server dependancies this plugin needs? what all apache and php modules/extensions are needed? here are javascript errors on the admin order page by the way: Uncaught TypeError: $(…).sortable(…).selectable is not a function – from Designer.min.js in a udraw directory. Uncaught TypeError: RacadDesigner.Legacy is undefined – coming from post.php in admin folder (not a udraw folder) but who knows maybe the admin one is triggered by the udraw one.

I would like to customize the location of the editor. I think this is possible if I could edit the style of the designer-wrapper attribute. However, the top value of the #designer-wrapper is updated to 0px when the “design now” button is pressed and updated again to -9999px when the “back to options” button is pressed.

My question: where are these values located and is it possible to change them?

As the last time any message on this support page received a response from the developers was 9 months ago, I hope that my post will somehow reach you because I also have some questions concerning the plugin:

– I’ve placed some test orders; but when I go to the WordPress Dashboard > WooCommerce > Orders to download the design that was made using uDraw, I cannot download the pdf. It keeps loading and nothing seems to happen. Have you encountered this problem before?

– When I go to the Setting page of the uDraw plugin, there’s a tab at the end that is called “Activation”. When I click on it, I’m directed to a web page that allows to buy the product. What is then the difference between the the free version of the plugin, and purchased version?

Hi, I’ve been trying to use this plugin but came accross an issue. Whenever I click at the PDF button of an order it generates a file, but the text doesn’t show up in it. The preview images do show the text tho, so I’m wondering what the problem could be.

How can I use variable data, I enabled this feature on the plugin but I don’t know how to create labeled variables… How is this possible?

When I installed and tried to activate, I got the fatal error that there was no valid header. i changed my theme to 2016 then activated. Is there a lst of themes that work with your product? I was using tp shop but it has issues.

I wonder if you can help. When I press the design now page, the uDraw editor loads as expected, but the Next Step and Full Screen buttons are hidden below the sticky header. I was wondering if there is a way of forceing the editor to open Full Screen on activation.

Hello! I love this plugin but I have a problem. I selected “Allow Post Payment PDF Download”, but after the payment is completed, the user receives a “PDF not avaliable” message, it gives the opton to download the PGN but when I click on it nothing happens.

I have Installed uDraw in my WordPress Site, i have Added templete and linked it with product, now when i open product and after design i add to cart it stuck on loading and not add products to cart.

keep getting this error in error log even though curl is enabled in server.

I looked for previous posts on PDF download on the backend and it seems there is an option somewhere to download manually the PDF in the Woocommerce order list (for the free version) but I’m not able to see any links to download it.

I can see uDraw Control column in the order but no options are available.
may be I missed something in the configuration ?

Would it be possible to set up a book consisting of about 10 pages instead of one only page? I want to allow my site members to create, order and have printed their own purchasable book using their blog content.

First off- really well thought out plugin with huge amounts of potential. Few big problems though:

1) Any product it’s used on becomes extremely slow to load because you appear to be loading all scripts for the editor on the product page. We use Nginx and PHP7 on a dedicated server with 8GB RAM dedicated to this site alone but on any page with udraw enabled the load time is simply atrocious with the scripts it’s loading render blocking the entire page…do you have any solution for this?
2) Because you are loading the editor as an overlay on the page any effects used on woocommerce images show through the overlay because it conflicts ie magnifying glass- can the editor not be loaded separately instead of an overlay? This will most likely stop the issue in number 1)
3) When you leave the editor and it generates a proof we get a constant please wait bar over the proof even though the proof is rendered. It allows you to goto the cart but it really does look awful and if we make it live we’ll be flooded with error reports.

I have a new site on a shared hosting package. I have been searching for the last 2 days for fixes for my error 413 on the site whenever an image is used as part of a design. I was wondering if there were any other fixes possibly available. I have set the following values in PHP and they have been set correctly.

Can I create templates for certain customers that I have where they woulda did their name number etc?

In that template can I set a box as a place holder image where they would click and it will prompt them to upload their pic?

In the template can I just make a form with fields that they would fill out like name phone number etc and it would apply it to the design?

I have not downloaded this plugin yet but am interested in it. Is there a way for the customer to download the PDF after they complete the purchase process? So for example, the customer could design their business card with my design as a base and after they send it to the cart, complete the purchase process, then immediately after they would be able to download their designed card from their account.

How can this be solved?
