Can someone direct me towards any security issues that are related to this plugin getting removed from WordPress? I am creating a rather hard fork of this plugin, and while I am going to do my own security audit, I am interested what the WP devs may have discovered that led to it being removed.

You know, aside from not being maintained in 3 years… ??

I’m using the base plugin of ukuupeople 1.6.2 and I don’t get any favorite on my dashboard after creating my first contact and pressing the star icon right next to the contact name. The star icon switch to yellow after I press on it but goes back to grey whwn i reload the page.

I used the plugin on a multisite installation.

The CSV Export add-on doesn’t take into account tags or Tribes at all from what I can gather.

Either when the user sets up the export (no customization),
To the final .csv file which has no tags or tribes assigned to contacts.

I’m guessing it’s because a contact may have many tags, so it would be difficult to represent in a spreadsheet without adding an extra columns per tag.

By way of a feature suggestion:
Perhaps they could be dumped into a cell (person / tags) as a serialized string.
Or just the first tag / tribe included?

Hey team – we currently recommend our customers use your plugin, and purchased the MailChimp / XLS import expansion with an unlimited sites license. Now that license has expired, but our dashboard won’t let us renew. I looked elsewhere on your site, and it looks like that licensing option is gone. Just started testing this out. When I add a contact from admin screen, no authors can see it outside of the individual/organization/all/trash count If one of them adds one, none of the others can see it but I can as admin. Can’t I just have the contact list shared? Preferably, it would be nice to assign WordPress users to the contact list. That way if I had 10 authors and 4 contributors…I could say 3 of those authors and 1 contributor can all manage the same contact list? Or if doing it by user roles is more plausible, that works nearly as well. I just want everyone in a specific group to be able to see and manage the same contacts. ??

Is there somewhere that we can control WHO can access the information here? As in, what roles are allowed to see this information. We’d like to integrate this into our site, but we don’t want to have to build a new site just to use the CRM.

How is access managed in this plugin?

Hello,
plugin looks nice and what seen in demo movie is what I need but just installed free version and seems having some problems.
1)Touchpoint types don’t seem to be erasable once created even if buttons say so. Once page is refreshed they come back.
2) When creating new touchpoints no way to edit field “assign to”.

Is there any solution to this? Thank you.

I’ve burned through more than a fair share of CRM type plugins the past month or so, so I am hopeful this one is just what I need. Here are my questions:

1) Does Ukuupeople have a built in form editor or some way of creating forms containing some custom fields for users to enter/edit their data?
2) The video sounds as though you can restrict user access to specific pages/content. Is that correct?
3) Can users have multiple types/tags assigned to them for which restrictions may or may not apply, i.e. “Client Group 1” and “Client Group 2”?
4) Do you support page redirects based on access? Here are the two I am looking for – if they are not logged in at all, they are redirected to the login page. If they are logged in but don’t have access they are redirected to a no access page.
5) Do you have a login form, form builder or shortcode?
6) Do you have a registration form, form builder or shortcode?

I absolutely don’t mind purchasing a premium version or using other plugins for any of this if you can make plugin recommendations.

This may be a “silly” question, but i want to confirm that your plugin is designed to be a SaaS that can be hosted on our WP server to accommodate any number of users? Nice plugin. Noticed it does not recognize WP users who were created via UltimateMember, and perhaps BuddyPress but not sure, which is a shame. Would be nice to see that integration with UltimateMember.

touchpoint page i belive has duplicated Activity information
the upper Activity information section allso dosen’t let you choose anything from the dropdowns. Saving still works if you fill the date on both and the times on the lower Activity information section
