The plugin creates an empty Error.txt file in the wp-admin folder, that is flagged by Wordfence Security, because it doesn’t belong there.
The file that creates the Error.txt is ultimate-appointment-scheduling/Main.php, line 239.
Can you please make sure, that this file isn’t created in this location? It could reveal sensitive information and shouldn’t be placed here.

I installed the plugin on the latest WP and when I try to add an appointment it works weird, when I change value of Service drop-down the Service Provider drop-down just shows “Any” not the persons relevant to the selected Service.
I opened Console and got to know that there are some JS errors that might be causing the issues with the working of drop-downs.

I’m building a website for hotline volunteers to search a database of mental health professionals and make referrals to healthcare and essential workers for discounted services. I’m using Front End Users which I bought for the site access (and maybe the search), and I’d like to use Ultimate Appointment Scheduling for the hotline volunteer signup, but I don’t understand how to set it up for this user case.
To me, there is 1 Service Provider: Hotline Volunteer with 1 location.
How do I create appointments for 4-hour slots for Hotline Volunteers to select on each day, starting at midnight each day? Each day is 24-hours long. Right now, the way I have it configured, no appointments show up for users to select.
Is there any documentation you can point me to, please?

I have installed the plugin on a wordpress.com site and am testing using the 7 day free trial.
After setting up the standard hours for the company under location, adding in services (with a 55 minute length & capacity of 1), then adding in a provider with their available times, nothing is showing on the calendar for available bookings.
I’ve tried showing using the dropdown list version and this shows no available bookings either (and the same in the back end).
I’ve attempted to find a setup tutorial or guide, but all documentation seems to lead back to either blog posts or purchase pages. Is there an installation & user guide that would allow me to see if I’ve missed a step?

PHP Version 7.2.18, WordPress 5.2.1 running Breakthrough Pro theme. Using Genesis 2.10.1. Ultimate Appointment Scheduling Version 1.1.3
We love using this tool so far, however, we are running into issues with out client being able to select a specific provider and it showing the exact availability of that location. We are using the multi-step format of the plugin.
For example, the user can select the provider from the drop down and then click next. When they click on the appointment date and then find appointments it shows all our the provides and times. To work around this, I noticed if you go back to the previous step, and then click next again it shows just the one provide’s availability.
We really need it to only show exact times for the provider they select. Any recommendations?
