Hi,

I have tried almost anything to solve my problem, which is that the maintenance mode still appear after I have disabled and deleted the Coming soon plugin. I have tried to locate the .maintenance file and afterwards deleted it. But the site still appears to be in maintenance mode. I have also tried to empty all caches, deleting my browser history and tried the incognito mode. Also in different browser and mobile.
Nothing works..

I really like the plugin and have used it on numerous occasions.

On one particular site, the Coming Soon page came up fine when it was activated. After I have launched the site, I have disabled it and then deleted the plugin. But the coming soon page itself still appears on that browser.

I have deleted all cache, cookies and history, and even looked at the site in incognito, but it still appears on that browser (Firefox). On Chrome, it doesn’t appear there.

Any suggestions on how can I stop it from appearing?

Thanks for the great plugin! I was hoping that you could advise me as to how I might be able to have my custom favicon appear while ‘Coming Soon Mode is Active’…

I installed the plugin “realfavicongenerator”, which only displays my custom favicon within the editor itself and is only visible on pages while I’m logged in.

My custom favicon is never visible on preview screens of the coming soon page and currently, as you can see here: https://www.recharj.com the generic wordpress favicon is still showing up.

Is there any way to have it display while your plugin is active?

I am not a coder, so hopefully this can be a configuration change or some easy step by step instructions.

We use PopupAlly for (embedded) popups and it uses a shortcode. We use Headway to design pages. Can we use these two in conjunction with your plugin?

Trying to setup mailing list “feedburner” i came across a tutorial pointing me mailchimp as feedburner alternative, i wonder how could i use zoho mail to configurate that mailing list input line? I’m using the pro version. Since disabling the plugin and launching last night, the site is showing fine on desktop, but it is showing completely blank pages on mobile. I’m wondering if you could please take a look and let me know what I am doing wrong.

I have already contacted my theme support, but since the theme is mobile-first, I am not sure that the theme is the problem.

Hello John!

I’m using the free version of the plugin. I’m loving it, perfect for my needs.

However, I need an RSS feed for my podcast to submit to iTunes, which I’d like to do before I unveil the website (i.e., disable the plugin for ‘good’).

Is it possible to disable the plugin briefly, get the RSS feed to submit to iTunes, then re-enable the plugin and still be able to have the RSS feed work for iTunes indexing?

Thanks in advance for your help! I was hoping to do all of this tomorrow in order to have it ready for my launch on Monday morning.

On mobile devices when activating the plugin and using an image it is not appearing on mobile devices. Just a missing file icon with ‘Teaser’ appearing in the box.

I like your plugin a lot but I need to display additional data to visitors in way of a shortcode from a plugin that works in both pages and posts…

but for some reason (not sure what kind of post type you use for your plugin?) shortcodes are not parsing from the coming soon’s editor window… could you clarify what the problem is or if there’s a work-around?

I’m using the free version of Coming Soon. Just installed SSL via HostGator. When I run test on URL, it pops up with the image I am using for the Coming Soon page as the reason for being insecure. Can’t find any SSL settings in the free version.

I’ve come across a strange situation and I’m hoping that someone can help me here.

Hi, I am unable to insert either background colour or background image to my coming soon page. It’s showing white background always.
I have inserted an image already from the settings section which covers 1/3 rd of the page. So ideally the background image or colour should show in the remaining 2/3rd part. Please help.

I have your plugin installed on my multisite https://www.quicksearch.ie

Some of the sub sites of the url are live and others will be unveiled one by one, I have users on the live sites. I don’t want them to be able to see the sites that aren’t live. Their log in from one site automatically gives them access to all the sites. I don’t want to revoke this. But is there a way that ONLY admin can see the sites not yet live SO basically block all subscribers.

I’m putting together a new page at https://www.ontheroadwithdave.com.

The page is now in draft, and the Coming Soon text and setting is set up. I typed in the main URL and the other pages URLs to exclude. But when I publish the new page…Either I get the Coming Soon on the entire site or it does not appear at all

Can I correct this?
