I would like to introduce a promo code of €120 which can only be used once (by which I mean that I only offer €120 and not €120 to each person who goes use this code) … but I want to allow the holder of the code to use it several times:

example: a person was offered a €120 voucher.

She goes to our site and makes a purchase of €50. I would like to authorize her to use her code to pay the €50… but WordPress should remember that she still has the right to use €70 on her next purchase(s).

But by “single use” I mean the fact that after using the €120, WordPress must not allow you to start again.

Is this possible with the plugin?

Hi kind manager of UCFW,

your plugin is great and has always worked well, but I just realized that the discount no longer applies correctly. I’ll explain.

I have configured the Coupon to apply a basic “percentage” discount and “Ultimate Coupon Setting” is configured to have some products with “Fixed Discount”.

Until recently, it has always worked correctly but now, by entering the coupon code, this is applied only to the “Subtotal”, while the discount value is equal to 0, and the discount to the “Total” is NOT applied. So after purchasing the product, the price is NOT discounted.

In particular, I configured the “Deal” section in “Ultimate Coupon Setting” as follows:
– Enable Deals = Active
– Allow Repeated Use = Active
– Target Items = No products added
– Apply Items = Products -> Apply All -> I set “Quantity” = 1 to the products, I also tried to apply all types of discounts, that is “Fixed Discount”, “Override Price” and “Percentage”, but unfortunately the problem remains.

I also ran a plugin / theme conflict test but the problem remains.

Can you solve it please?

After activating and creating coupons with Ultimate Coupons for WooCommerce Free, I found that existing & new Woocommerce Coupons with the Coupon Type “Percentage” were now not working. The coupon can be applied as normal but the discount itself does not apply.
Please Help.
