In FAQ entries that contain an image, I sometimes (but not always) see that image duplicated on front-end. I read in another post that could be related to a conflict with lazyload and cache plugin. I do have WP Rocket installed on that website. Is there anything I can do to avoid that problem ?

Using this Plug-in and it looks great only thing what happens and I can’t seem to fix is the following.
When something is typed into the search bar and then removed none of the FAQ documents are shown anymore and the page needs to refresh before I can get them to show again. Any ideas?

I a using the Contemporary FAQ Display Style and no custom CSS. I swapped out the first FAQ with another and that answer does not follow the styling I selected. Something with that first slow in the list?

On the other hand, when we want to deactivate notifications after approving a comment on the FAQ, this does not work, the support advised us to contact you to find out if you can help us resolve this problem.

]]>Hi the previous owner of my website paid for the license for the advance feactures of the website. The website is still the same, but the server as changed. On the definitions page of the plugin the premium, fields, labeling and styling pages open but are empty just the tile and the saves changes button. Is there a problem with plugin, i do not mind paying for another license but i find no way of activating it.

After trying different settings the plugin suddenly give us this error in the admin using any of the FAQ blocks:
Error loading block: The response is not a valid JSON response.
And on the front end pages where we already added FAQ blocks they now either return nothing where the block is inserted or gives a 500 error.
