Videos are deformed, it is not responsive.

Purchased the full version of this and after two gallerys the thing turns to s**t. Wasted time posting several videos and posted short code to page to find only one of the videos in the gallery would display.

If you have 3 or 4 videos then great. Use this plugin!
if you have more than 4 videos, this plug in doesn’t have scroll buttons or arrows to move backwards or forwards.
skip it, there isn’t anything in the settings to allow for this feature.

Combined with the FitVids for WordPress plugin, this playlist player has a very nice look and is fairly easy to configure. But this is only for desktop viewing, for mobile it does not work.
I have written an extensive report about the testing that I did with this plugin in the support area, so I will not belabor the facts here. I will just say that the claim in the description that support for mobile devices has been added is not accurate. What they have done is to use scripted code that diverts to a special YouTube playlist when the player is clicked; and on the vast majority of mobile devices, that playlist will not play.

I tried about 20 free video plugins,and this is one I like most. It is at the same time very beautiful and easy to customize to your site look. Most other video plugins have only one of characteristics above.

I purchased the pro version of this plug in from their website. There were no “terms of purchase” or any legible place that they said “no refunds” the plugin is not as easily customizable as they claim, and the back end is poorly designed and not logical compared to many other plug-ins I’ve used, and I have been using word press since 2008. I could not get it to function or look the way I needed in my website. When I contacted them with a simple support question they never replied. After 5 days, I then contacted them to see if I could get a refund since I found a different product, and no longer need theirs which is pretty much useless, they said “NO REFUNDS”!! I have never dealt with such a unprofessional company before, so heed my warning before buying this plug-in. It’s not the cost of the plug in that is the issue, it’s the fact they did not disclose that it was a final transaction before I purchased it.
