Need help with the contact field. I tried your given demo field with adding italian contact and it accepts but as soon I installed the plugin to my client site, it doesn’t accept the same contact. What could be the possible issue?

Seems like you are gathering data from plugin installs. But why admin email or site url? Thats sensitive information.
