Can I see a listing of the emails I set to send out later? What if I want to cancel a future dated email send?

Hope you doing well.

I just created 3 different mail to send it in sequence after registration.

so 1st mail goes when user register with site.

2nd mail goes after 1 hour of registration.

3rd mail goes after 2 hour of registration.

however when i register all mail come at same time with 1 minute delay or same time.

I want a automatic email sending system like if a specific user role user login to my site then website will automatically sent him a mail after one day

I try to send a test e-mail and I don’g recieive the e-mails. I check the stats and it said no e-mails were sent, but yet I send the e-mail via plugin. My wordpress contact 7 form works great, but when I use this I don;t get the e-mails? Need you help. Thank You

It would be great, maybe I missed how to do it, to have a confirmation dialog pop up after clicking the send button so that you can’t accidentally one-click send an email to the entire site.

I have last version of wordpress and your plagin. But when i try to edit template, the pencil disappears after editing and tag add to template

and the Plugin correctly detects the woocommerce mails but does not send out emails.

How can I display a username, and or email, in the body of an email?

I am not able to send emails with the free version. I did setup smtp and without smtp it doesnt work do I miss something ?

The post that I linked to is my issue, I do not understand why you haven’t resolved this.

Ultimately as a user this is what is a dealbreaker for me if I don’t find a workaround, hence for a lot of other users.

The most popular mailing services on wordpress has already implemented this. I think however, your plugin is by far the most user-friendly and clutterfree, hence you also would be caring to implement more functionality, but I think this is key for most e-mail marketing integrated on wordpress.

Hopefully you will add this soon, in the meantime, can I make a workaround with by adding some code to a webhook etc. ?

Does the scheduling/send later feature work?

I’m not having any luck with it. I have the latest update (1.22?) with a few minor custom tweaks.. cosmetic mostly that affect the list builder which work fine.

I’m on the email edit page I select “Send Later” from the first dropdown on the right, choose a date and time, then select a list and click the submit button below the list dropdown.

I get the overlay saying sending to list, then it fades with no further message.

The time specified comes and goes with no emails received (nor sent in the logs)

I’ve played around with sending to lists or individual users, and set “Check Scheduled Emails Interval” set to 1 minute in the settings.

I’m not using SMTP, just the core WP functionality (php mail function I assume)

Any thoughts on what to check welcome.

Hello, it took me some times to understand that the way to give the opportunity to subscribe to a list was the widget/block. But there is no documentation (shortcode????) how to use it. I selected Ultimate categories, created some categories and what next?? The block shows an empty field but I don’t know what to put into it. The widget shows errors and nothing in sidebar.

Hi there, just sent an email out to a list (about 76 users) and now have received emails / phone calls saying that they are receiving the emails continuously. Some received the email around 30-35 times before I had deactivated the plugin which has stopped the email sending out. I have another plugin that shows a send log and it correlates to what the users are saying.

I am using Elastic SMTP API as the sending server. The settings are set to use that server to send. There is another option to use the default WordPress function to send emails.. I saw in a similar support forum that you mentioned that to avoid this issue is to use the default WordPress sending function, so should I be using that setting in the Elastic SMTP settings moving forward? Although on another site, I am using Elastic SMTP and am using that to send out from (in the settings) and have not had the same issue sending multiple emails out.

If I activate the plugin again, will it start sending out the emails again and how would I check to see if that could occur before activating?

I’m trying to create an email template that can reference the name of the List that it is sent to, as it is sent.

I’ve modified the List builder slightly to allow admins to filter users by which course they’re signed up for in an LMS plugin. The idea is to create a single email template, and multiple Lists. Each List will be for a separate course. When the email is sent to a List, I’d like the name of the List (the same name as the course) to be included in the email without needing to hard code it each time. Is this something that can be done with email variables, snippets or custom elements? Accessing the user record won’t work as they could be signed up to multiple courses. I’m hoping the Lists are saved in the post table and the ID can be referenced somehow to get the post title.

After a page timeout I cannot use the Lists page anymore as it shows a critical error notice. Also emails are no longer editable as the page is not loading correctly due to the lists error.

Send emails for orders with specific products or product tags.
I would like to send different email templates for that order every week ( for 8 weeks )
And then i would like to cancel the automatization if order status changes.
Can I do that?
It is very important to only send if the customer order products with specific tags.

Using the List function in Ultimate WP Mail to send Mass Email I got the following message in de Email log for all users in the list
“Could not instantiate mail function.”

Althought 1 List Email action, I got messages from most of the users in the list that Emails arrived 4 or 6 times in their in boxes. Resulting also temporary Emailaddress block by the Provider

Does anyone has a clue where the cause of this can be?

Hello, we are using Fooevents (an event booking system) and woocommerce. Is it possible to automatically generate reminder mails with your plugin, for example one day before an event starts? A trigger could be {fooevents_event_date} .Greetings!

I have organizied all my users by user role. And now I want to send an email to all users with role “admin” and then I want to send a mail to all “subscribers”. Is there a way to do this?

I’m trying out the plugin for the first time. When I add users to a list and save, the list shows 0 users. When I go to another page and come back, the list is gone.

I can create email templates and manually send them to select users, so that is very helpful, but the following functions do not work:

1) Send Events. No criteria configured sends an email. I have tried based on user registration with only a few minutes of delay and default 5 minute schedule as well as Last Seen criteria.
2) Lists. Unable to create a list. After selecting users and SAVING no users appear as selected and the list doesn’t appear in the list selection area. Updating lists may sometimes display the list, but while the users are still checked, they never appear as selected or members of the list.
Also, users are listed in Username Order but displayed by User First and Last Name order. This makes selecting users very difficult and time consuming. It would be helpful if the list selection were integrated with the user list so users who need to be emailed could be selected from there, or allow for importing a list generated from other search criteria.

Just tried sending an email to “All Previous Purchasers”

Unfortunately the plugin only emailed all my

registered users

(people who created an account when they purchased) – not the much larger number of previous purchasers who bought product without creating an account.

Is there a fix?

I have set up an ‘X Time since Last Login’, with a delay of 5 weeks… am I correct in thinking that this will send the email chosen, 5 weeks after the users last login?

Also, does this only consider future events, because so far it hasn’t sent any emails and I know there are a number of users who are over 5 weeks since last login. I was hoping that on initial setup up it would check which users were over 5 weeks, then send them the chosen email.

Is there a possibility to change the string shown in the selectbox for “Send Now” function? You use the username and in brackets the email address and for my case, we use the emails as username and i really would like to use the display name to show up in the select box. Is there a hook or some other way to change the names displayed?
