We used this plugin over 2 years, but now we realized that it never was updated again since 2018. But it is still sold and we have also been charged for UNUPDATED plugins. All the involved plugings are from Woocommerce updated, but ultimatewoo itself did not. Does anyone know about their support or how to reach them?

Hello everyone. During the process of updating UltimateWoo to version 0.1.1, we made a mistake that caused the plugin to break when updated. We’ve corrected everything but if you attempted to update during the time it took us to fix the issue, you will need to remove the plugin via FTP before installing the updated version. If you did not attempt to update during this time, you will be fine.
