Hi guys,
about a month ago i purchased the WPUltimo plugin and started setting up a WaaS project. Since then i have ran into 2 problems and i reached out to WPUltimo support explaining my issues. I haven’t heard from then ever.
Are they still active or is there something i should know? Did i waste my money on a plugin without any support?

]]>Discount codes simply do not work. When entering a discount code it says that the code does not exist. I believe the code was set up properly. I emailed support as a paying customer days ago and still haven’t gotten a response.
]]>As well as the usual fields, is it possible to add a custom field for images?
Specifically, when creating a subscriber, I wanted to add a profile image.
I have two forms; one is a free membership sign up, the other is a paid subscription. When I submit either form, they throw an error:
Call to a member function get_id() on boolConsole error says “Uncaught ReferenceError: moment is not defined”

I’ve just downloaded Ultimo WP
Installed it by uploading into a test WP site with latest version (spanish lang)
Then I activated it, and waited for page reload with the new good looking theme
No luck ??

On ultimo wp settings page (admin.php?page=ultimo-wp) I got strange error saying that ultimo files are not found on my computer, which is not true, since files are there.

I installed this but I don’t have any “Ultimo WP” options anywhere on my dashboard? How do we actually get into the options to use this? Absolutely no trace of this is showing up for me after installation other than the listing showing that it’s been installed on the plugin page.

]]>Hello I really like your plugin. I think it is absolutely perfect. But I’m running into an issue that will prevent me from using it all together.
All the features and settings within the admin back-end are fine. However, I’ve tested the plugin on two sites; one on WP 4.1.4 and another on WP 4.2.2. On the front-end of the site and it adds a gray bar. It’s as if there is some coding that adds additional padding at the top on the front-end.
I looked through the files to see if I could find where the issue is but It’s not a quick find. Is there any way you can help? Thanks!
