After running any receipe, there are no logs at all about the events.

So far, that hasnt been an issue, but I could use them to help troubleshoot one.

I would like to make a recipe that would be executed every day at a given time for each WordPress user. How can I do something like that?

Of course not for everyone at the same time, but one after another. Execution for user 1 after completion, then 2, etc.

Recipe will send a query to the database to check if the user has no “fraud” badges, and if they do not have multiple accounts. It will also take appropriate actions. I can make a recipe for one user, but how do I handle the entire site?

The problem is as follows:

A significant number of users have the preloader function active (enabled consciously or automatically after browser installation). Here is a chrome article. This feature pre-loads found links on the page.

The problem is that when you hover over the magic link, it is executed. For example, if in the automator process you have click the magic link to delete a post, all you have to do is accidentally hover over that button.

Is there a way to fix this? I would also like to ask if it is possible to create a link as a link, not as a [shortcode]?

Hi, I was able to follow this tutorial and successfully send some WooCommerce data to a Google Sheet with the free version. I am wondering if it is possible (maybe with the premium version) to be able to send some more detailed information that is collected at checkout:

• Product Name purchased
• Customer Phone Number
• Some custom fields from a Booking plugin (Bookings and Appointments For WooCommerce Premium)
  • Date of booking
  • Location of booking

We programatically post articles to 2 of our websites. When we save out articles we set a features image.

But when uncanny makes a posts to social media the preview isnt showing.

I am experiencing an issue with integrating data received from a webhook into a WordPress post. Specifically, the text contains double backslashes, such as \\[\\frac{\\partial f}{\\partial x}\\], but these backslashes are being treated as regular slashes. As a result, in the WordPress editor, the output appears as rac{artial f}{artial x} instead of the correct format \[\frac{\partial f}{\partial x}\].

I have reviewed the UA logs and confirmed that the data is received correctly (with double backslashes), and the content appears correctly published (with single backslashes). However, when viewing it in the WordPress editor, the backslashes are removed, along with the first letter following each backslash.

Could you please advise if there is a way to resolve this issue? I would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide.

Is it possible add action send notification of the PeepSo integration?

I’ve noticed what may be a potential bug in Uncanny Automator that I want to bring to your attention.

We have multiple WordPress sites, and on one of them we were using a filter to only do some actions when the post did not have a tag (Post does not have Taxonomy Term)

The recipe was working fine at that site, but when I went to add it on another site, it thought that every post had the taxonomy term (therefore not triggering the action) even though the posts didn’t.

After a while, I realized that it seems like the issue was that the taxonomy term didn’t actually exist at the second site. Once I added it as an option (even though it wasn’t on any posts), the recipe started behaving as expected. So, posts that did not have the taxonomy term starting triggering the actions as expected.

However, I would have expected that filter to work regardless of whether the taxonomy term existed or not. If my filter is that a Post does not have a taxonomy term, if the taxonomy term doesn’t exist on the site, that should count as the post not having a taxonomy term (since it isn’t on the post).

In another website where I deleted uncanny automator, I am unable to delete the table wp_uap_action_logs_view.
It’s able to detect it, but unable to delete it. I tried even with WP-Optimize.

I did the below suggested resolution, but I am still facing the same issue. Is it because this is a multisite setup? I checked the delete all data option in all websites, deactivated it on all the websites, and then from the main site, and then deleted the plugin from the network.

I am using WPUltimo to duplicate websites. I have a WAAS business.

I’ve tried everything in the book, different recipies, double check connection, not on draft mode, etc.
But I can’t get the app to poopulate my google sheet even when it is connected to the app in wordpress.
It is set up for when an order is completed, it will populate the sheet. But, when I make an order, and change it to “completed”, nothing happens.
I tried to set a trigger with: order status change…but nothing.

We want users who submit a newsletter signup form (built with WPForms) to be added to a Mailpoet subscriber list. I’ve created a recipe and it’s adding the user as a subscriber to Mailpoet but not assigning them to a list.

Are you able to see any obvious errors with our setup? Have you seen this error before?
Is there anything other information I can provide that would help you see why users are being subscribed but not assigned to a list?

I can see that the recipe has been triggered and the action carried out various times, but the log is empty. What could be the reason? Thank you!

Is it possible to have multiple recipes with the same trigger? For example, two recipes with the post published trigger?

We tried to set up two recipes, but it only ever triggers the first one (the second one is never triggered). I guess we can add the second trigger content into a second action on the first trigger, but I was trying to find documentation to see if you specified that two recipes on the same trigger aren’t supported and I couldn’t find it. Can you point me in the right direction?

1 – I have a post which is the job request(paint a house at specific location – zip code for example)

2 – I have a user aka service provider who have this service and location is in radius for job zip code

I need plugin to match 1 and 2 and trigger specific event(notification, etc)

We publish a daily macroeconomic newsfeed at and pass a tweet, image, and permalink to twitter. This is a frustratingly intermittent issue, usually impacting no more than 1 of our 20+ weekly posts, but today 2 of 4 failed to post. Log shows the two with successful Twitter API calls, but no error messages or any other trace of the other two.

At this point I’m exploring options to replace Uncanny Automator from my site.

When creating a complex recipe, it is easy to lose track of what each step is doing, particularly when the meat of it is hidden behind something generic like ‘set user meta’.

It would fantastic if there were an editable title or comment field for each step in a recipe, which is visible in the recipe overview. I’m thinking it would be quite short, for use with comments like, ‘Set renewal date’ or ‘Reformat the date to Unix timestamp’.

They developers of Zapier have done something similar (although the Automator plugin has the edge over them in most respects ?? )

I have a custom post type with custom taxonomy like job_listing_category and case27_job_listing_tags. Upon post update, the details will be sent to google sheet.

I am able to send most of the details except for these custom taxonomies and post data and post update date. They are just empty and in the Advance option for token, there is no taxonomy option, i see Post meta, user meta but no post terms?

1. Why are the database tables shown?
