It does the job, free version needs a few more options, and probably the subscribe section closer to the header. People are lazy to scroll, and there is no incentive for them to scroll to the subscribe section.

it’s very uncomfortable to work with this plugin due to it’s limitation for instance when you lock your site, you can’t add access for your IP cuz its only for pro version.
