Hi,
we are Using your Plugin on a webpage behind AWS Cloudfront WAF.
Unfortunately your bot seems to be blocked and the Whitelisting with the User-Agent “RapidLoad/1.0” or “UnusedCSS_bot/1.0 RapidLoad/1.0” does not work, it seems your bot comes along with no user-agent?
Are there other possibilities to whitelist your bot?
If we activate the WAF, the TitanOptimizer stops working.
Thank you very much!
Hi,
I’ve been monitoring traffic on my site while using rapid load. I see a claudebot is hitting my site (from same location but different IP’s from an amazonaws host) it’s not overly aggressive and periodically hits some urls of /wp-content/cache/rapidload/uucss/ … . Just wondering if this is a raipdload bot I should allow for functionality? I did block it but can easily allow if I was just being overly cautious as I couldn’t find any reference from rapidload documentation.
Appreciate the clarity.
]]>Hello. Give a link to version 1.7.3, since our site has not been working since 2.0, and the year has already been paid for.

]]>Hello – we are being alerted to update to 1.6.29 – 15/09/2022 – but the changelog is empty for it. Can you let us know what is addressed by this update? Thank you!
]]>Just need to know what the constant is to use in the wp-config file to move the cache to the /uploads directory. My host for security reasons does not allow read/write access from the /wp-content/ directory.
]]>I have WP Fastest Cache with the following settings:
* Preload
* Purge cache when post is created/updated
* Don’t show cache to logged in users
Autoptimize is set up so it doesn’t touch CSS for logged in users as well.
RapidLoad settings:
* Enabled CriticalCSS
* Minify
* Optimize inline CSS
* Inject original CSS files on user interaction.
I have the following issues:
I must be doing something wrong since I’m still getting the unused CSS warning.
Also I have many questions:
1. On Rapidload tab in average it says there’s an original 294kb of css, does it account for fonts I suppose..
2. What does this do?
Inject original CSS files on user interaction. this can help resolve Javascript DOM selector related issues.
I guess it loads non unused CSS but this would mean it is loading twice the css? By default is enabled..
3. Are default values the recommended ones for maximum performance?
4. What are safe packs?
5. Maybe there could be descriptions per setting fields, explaining what each actually does and when should be used.
6. How to avoid every time I clear AO’s cache, that Rapidload has to regenerate the rules which unfortunately takes hours.
7. Is it possible to give priority to main page to generate Rapidload optimization or another page to quickly test them?
Note: since I just deleted AO’s cache so it will take a while since Rapidload optimization is applied.
I signed up with the wrong email [email protected]
the right mail is [email protected]
We are testing the plugin so if everything goes as expected, buy it.
However so far the experience is not good. Every time we activate the plugin the server simply crashes without further explanation.
The solution is to deactivate the plugin, as the site is insanely slow when activating it. Some configuration is not correct, but we could not understand the plugin logic.
We need help.
]]>Hi, how are you.
i am getting the cache deleted constantly, so, the cache is generating again and again…
is the spected behavior ?.
]]>I find the Critical CSS option in RapidLoad works extremely well, however, I can’t find any documentation on the option there is to generate a separate mobile version of critical CSS.
I am not sure of the pros/cons of having separate CSS for mobile, but considering 60% of my visitors are on a mobile device, I wanted to consider it.
I would like to know a little more about this option.
Thank you.
]]>Please check the plugin as it causes errors with AMP pages.
How can I make the plugin not work in AMP?
I insert a code (*/ *amp) in: Advanced Settings> Exclude URLs; but it does not work.

Is it possible to not generate uucss everytime while adding exclusions
?
Like WP Rocket doing right now, they generate uucss for all pages, and missing selector can be added there, and it’s automatically added there without regenerating the proccess again (I guess somehow they store all css value somewhere and fetch that specific from there, and its reduce server pressure). this is main the reason i guess people will left Rapidload for doing this re-process and it’s slow in rapidload no doubt because everytime it’s hitting uucss server.
]]>I have wp-rocket installed and find it better than autoptimize at minifying and concentating css. Can I use this alongside wp-rocket to remove the unused css, while still using wp-rockets minification and concentation for css?
]]>Good Afternoon,
Interested in trying out this plugin but have a quick question first.
Currently using Autoptimize which works well, and was thinking about adding this plugin to see if we can squeeze any more performance boost out of our site.
Ran a quick scan and it said that this plugin could reduce our total css size from 150kb down to 35kb.
Would you be able to estimate a potential saving in terms of site speed based on the above, e.g: are we only looking at 0.1 – 0.2 secs saving, or maybe more?
Kind Regards,
Andrew
]]>Hy guys! Premium user here. I’m trying your service and all seems very easy and effective except for the warning that GPSpeed still get me when testing my site:
Eliminate render-blocking resources (check screenshot where you can find my url)
Is there something I can tweak to let this disappear? ??
Cheers
]]>I purchased RapidLoad monthly subscription for 1 website at $10. After installing the plugin when I log in to my account and try to connect RapidLoad to my website, it’s showing “Subscription is not active”. Is it a scam or what? I also send an email to the support team via the RapidLoad website, but they’re not replying.
]]>The site is not loading the rapid load processed css. I only see the autoptimize css. I have tried clearing cache and still not seeing it.
]]>Autoptimize already provides an option to set the cache location by defining a constant in the wp-config.php file:
define(‘AUTOPTIMIZE_CACHE_CHILD_DIR’,’/uploads/autoptimize/’);
On many decent WordPress hosts (such as Pantheon) they lock down the wp-content directory to be read-only and only allow write access to the wp-content/uploads directory.
]]>Hi
The plugin has stopped working (wont activate), your website seems to be down.
I only subbed a couple days ago and have been very pleased with the results.
Everything OK?
]]>Is it possible to exclude URLs using wildcards?
e.g. /members/* ?
I tried this and I still see urls of this form show up in the queue.
]]>I am using both Rapid Load and Critical CSS. I have inline and Defer CSS setting checked in Autoptimize and Critical CSS is inlining above-the-fold CSS. Rapid Load is correctly optimizing the CSS, however it is not loading deferred. It is render-blocking so losing the benefit of the inline CSS.
]]>I just added Rapidload to Autoptimize and I see an error that reads:
“Caution : Please verify cron your job is working!
We have noticed some amount of jobs are still on processing and not completed. It maybe because your sites cron is not working properly.”
I’m not sure where to start on this one. I don’t think that’s in the WP Admin area?
And, it’s true: there are 8 jobs queued.
Thanks for any help!
]]>Hi,
I’ve just bought the plugin but I do not see any improvement. I would even say now the score for mobil is worse thn it was. The unused CSS is still shown in the results page.
Do I need to wait for it to show the effects? Or why don’t I see any improvement?
Piotr
