The files are uploaded to Uploadcare instead of your website. You can have your data stored in your Amazon Web Services (AWS) account instead if you are also paying for one of those.
No files will ever be stored on your actual blog/host/server outside of Uploadcare or AWS.

Seriously, thank you! Finally. I went through hell trying to upload my files into the WordPress Media area of my dashboard and was reaching my breaking point because it wouldn’t take any of my personal images (they were jpeg). So grateful that I found this plugin and would highly recommend it to anyone having the same issues.

UPDATE:
Suddenly ALL my images uploaded by Uploadcare disappeared!! Nothing was moved, the plugin is up to date.
This will cause MANY MANY hours of re-uploading by another method. I am very disappointed!!

This plugin is really a lifesaver! My frustration level was through the roof until I installed it. I tried all three of these before finding Uploadcare: Google Drive Embedder, Google Drive Media Library, Google Drive WP Media.
All these required extra fiddly steps, etc. and then they still had issues.

Awesome plugin. Quick and easy to install – works great!
I ran into a bump in the road while setting up Uploadcare to work with Dropbox – but Dmitry, the plugin creator, responded quickly to my request for help and I was set up and running in a few minutes.
The bump in the road that I ran into with Uploadcare / Dropbox wasn’t due to any code bugs. Getting Uploadcare and Dropbox to work together via WordPress requires:
+ creating a widget in Uploadcare
+ creating an app in Dropbox.
Don’t be alarmed by this, though. The Widget and the app are pretty quick and easy to create. You don’t need to be a tech person to set this up.

Very interesting plugin but it would be 5 stars if it was Buddypress Ready. Imagine : if each buddypress member could manage their files and share their folder from their profile, wooo, i would buy this feature !

This plugin is amazing, but I’m looking for one where customer (ecommerce with woocommerce) can upload images from computer and cloud storing, to personalize products, like a mug, books, iphone/ipad cases, tshirts, cards, posters, etc, etc…
Are there any way to this plugin, do that?
