Hey there.
I have noticed that order id in this plugin is actually a post id. It could be confusing for users.
I’m talking about list from this path “/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ups-eu-woocommerce-manager”
I didn’t got reply yet @ ticket# 6090
My issue is :
HI , on my website , a customer was able to checkout without paying shipping charges. I want to have a look at logs. Can you tell me where I can check logs.

]]>Do real-time shipping costs, for example from Italy to the UK, include customs duties or other border charges?
Thanks in aadvance.
Regards,
I would like to know about the tax on shipping:
1. UPS real time shipping rates are exclusive of VAT. If you want to display the rates including VAT, please add the VAT % to the shipping rate. E.g. If VAT is 23%, and you want to display rates including VAT, you should insert 123% above
So I added shipping zones, and on the UPS shipping method I applied a tax class “Standard” and left the UPS real time shipping rates at 100%
In the “Standard” tax rates I enabled to apply this tax rate to “Shipping”, this does not increase the shipping rate cost from UPS real time shipping rates with the tax % that has been set. But it also does not update the tax amount on the checkout page, there you will only see the tax for the goods, excluding the tax on shipping cost. And thus not the total tax amount being charged: over the product including shipping.
I might be missing something, but can someone put me on the right track so I do get the complete tax listed?
Examples:
Black Nazareth – CD -Signed!! × 1 €15,00
Subtotal €15,00
Shipping
UPS SHIPPING
ups shipping
€7,32
Total €22,32 (includes €2,60 VAT)
————————————————–
VAT is 21%, of the total 22,32 should be 3.87
]]>i comfigure the plug in with flat rates for every country on the world with weight shipping method but when i test it and i bye one item or many items with weight 1 or 2 kg the plug in its says at the cart only the back up rate not the original rate that ive add it )i ve add different rate for 1 kg for 2 kg etc and differents rates for differents countries. in my wordpress site in my woocomerce products in every product i have the price the weigh the heigh in grammars becouse woocomerce is only accept in grammars not in kg. why my ups plug in not working well_ i have done something wrong ?
]]>The last update is making wordpress admin very slow. Fix it! Switching between menu items takes 30 seconds with the plugin, 5 seconds with the plugin off.
Regards,

Since the last update the plugin broke down. It shows packs orders in wrong packages (also showing in imperial units instead of metric) and packs them in boxes that we didn’t enter. It then proceeds to charge maximum amount for shipping always. Please fix this!
]]>When you generate a label, it changes the status of the order to “pending”.

We use the Check system as payment option for customers. Everytime anyone places an order even the admin on the frontend with this new update it adds a hidden shipping charge, disabling the plugin fixed the issue. Probably will rollback until this is fixed but its massive error for us since it creating confusion for our customers.
]]>Currently in my woocommerce business I frequently use manual customer order feed from admin, although right now I am using the “phone orders” plugin (https://es.www.ads-software.com/plugins/phone-orders-for-woocommerce/).
The problem is that in this way (by the administrator or by the plugin), even if you select the shipping type by UPS, the orders are not assigned in the UPS order shipping manager.
Is there a way to “hook up” order maintenance (or the plugin) with UPS shipping management?
And any code or programming with which I can activate or simulate the possibility of adding an order to the maintenance of UPS shipments? For example, a function to which I pass the order number through the interface and is responsible for generating the relationship in the UPS_SHIPPING_ORDERS tables.
Please it is important for us to fix this issue.
Greetings!

]]>I have tried deactivating each plugin in turn and discovered that the UPS Shipping plugin is causing 3 critical issues on my client’s site. The issues are:
1. An active PHP session was detected:
A PHP session was created by a session_start() function call. This interferes with REST API and loopback requests. The session should be closed by session_write_close() before making any HTTP requests.
2. The Rest API encountered an error:

3. Your site could not complete a loopback request:

The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected.

After a lot and a lot of digging, discovered that this plugin was causing all kinds of conflicts on the site.
In the Site Health tools, I was seeing these errors:
The REST API request failed due to an error.
Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected.
Error encountered: (0) cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
Ryte offers a free indexability check for Yoast SEO users. The request to Ryte to check whether your site can be found by search engines failed due to an error.
Error details: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)
Also, the PayPal Checkout plugin stopped working and kept telling me that my API keys were invalid and customers could no longer make purchases.
As soon as I disabled this plugin, things started humming right along. So. That’s a problem. If I can provide other information that might be helpful in correcting this, please let me know. Otherwise, I’ve opted to disable this plugin in favor of allowing customers to checkout. Seems a little more important.

I have a problem with a plugin that allows me to configure a product and then add it to the cart.
When adding to the cart the script admin-ajax.php is executed and the latency is huge since the installation of your plugin.
I have the vague impression that the UPS API is called when adding to the cart?
Thanks for your help.
