]]>Hi
We want to give instagram influecers a promo code and url to auto apply a coupon and direct them to a custom landing page for that influencer or company.
The place to put the redirect url is no longer available in our backend and we can only point people to a single redirect page in the settings tab (URL Coupons tab in WooCommerece). We used to have each coupon go to its own landing page but we can now no longer do that. I would like to attach a picture to show you what I mean but we can’t seem to do that either.
Is there any reason that this feature was removed, will it be back and as we paid for this plugin, specifically for the redirect, will we be able to get a refund on the plugin as now it no longer works as depicted.
Thanks heaps guys. Love the plugin but just need that redirect for each one.
]]>Hello,
A past user ran into some issues and it looks like the issue hasn’t been resolved. The original post was closed to any replies. So here is a new one.
“When clicking the URL to add the coupon, if the cart is empty or there is no session yet, the coupon won’t persist. Also, no error will be returned in this case.”
What do I do to fix this? The coupon will not show in the cart.
I set the slug to: /coupon?code=100FREEENTRIES as the user in the last post suggested.
]]>Hello,
Hide coupon fields does not work in latest Woocommerce 3.4.3 and wordpress4.9.6
]]>Hello,
I am marketing director with 20 years experience. and I would like to have a feature request, and let me know know whether you would like to do it.
1. Coupon code is for promotion purpose. but Fans code is Hungry marketing purpose. but I think they are actually same in technical. but they are totally different with different name in online Marketing concept.
2. Only those user who apply for a coupon code(Fans code) would probably get a fans code, it is up to administrator decision upon whether release one code to applicant.
3. In case of short inventory, only the user who has a fans code will be allowed to purchase product, or get discount if not short inventory. Thoese rules should be custom by coupon rules.
4. In user account page, Fan code and “Apply button” should be displayed.
Is that possible?
Thanks, and have a nice day.
Alex

I was using URL coupons plugin developed by Verge, but it looks like their plugin doesn’t support memberships.
Does yours?

Also option “Hide coupon fields” don’t do nothing.
]]>Hi there,
I am using WooCommerce for my online store. I would like to include a coupon URL in my welcome email to newly registered users to my e-commerce site. I already have my welcome email template created in Active Campaign. My question is: can SUMO Coupons help create a URL that redirects to a one-time use coupon for each registered user? Meaning each registered user will receive this same URL, but once clicked, this URL will redirect them to a unique URL so that each user can use a one-time coupon that is unique to them.
Let me know if the above is unclear? Thank you.
Thank you,
Evon Zg
I originally was using the official WooCommerce Url Coupons extension, but could not get it to work properly at all. I kept getting 404 errors, despite checking my permalinks and making sure both CloudFlare and my caching plugin excluded the urls I was using.
I ran into your plugin while troubleshooting and gave it a try. It worked no problem! No 404 errors, the coupon applied and redirected to the cart perfectly. The only problem I have now is that this plugin does not automatically add a product to the cart like the other url coupon plugin. For my use case, I need that functionality.
Are you able to add that feature to your plugin? It would be a real lifesaver for me!
Thanks!
Hello, I can’t get this plugin to work on WooCommerce version 2.3.11.
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function UCFW\Models\Coupons\wc_help_tip() in /path/to/wp-content/plugins/url-coupons-for-woocommerce/Models/Coupons/URL_Coupon_Admin.php on line 140
Please help ??

]]>Hi,
Can the plugin work with an affiliate link (that ends with a parameter, e.g. mysite.com/?ref=22)?

]]>Hey there,
it would be great if there was a possibility to have a custom redirect (for example to a product page) for each link or coupon. Also the message that the coupon was added should show up after the redirect.
What do you think?

]]>Hello,
is it possible to add a function so you can add or create a random coupon code? I want to use a different coupon everytime.

]]>Hi Guys, good plugin but I think i found two defects:
1. To apply the coupon the link should be https://www.example.com/coupon?code=couponcode and NOT https://www.example.com/coupon/couponcode
2. When clicking the URL to add the coupon, if the cart is empty or there is no session yet, the coupon won’t persist. Also no error will be returned in this case. To solve this, just needs to persist a session cookie before calling the WC->cart->add_discount function.
// Set a session cookie to persist the coupon in case the cart is empty.
WC()->session->set_customer_session_cookie( true );
Thanks!

Hi,
1) Does the plugin send an email including the code to user?
2) can the code be availlable only to registered users?
3) can the plugin be used without woocommerce plugin?
Thanks
