The variable font (zodiak-variable.ttf) I uploaded doesn’t seem to respond to any CSS changes, either in the Divi settings, or when I put in manual CSS. For instance the top menu here should be weight 400, but I can’t get it to do anything other than 600.

The use of any font plugin was working fine until now. From the last update, it’s adding custom fonts in theme.json automatically. The Divi page editor is now displaying duplicate custom fonts due to entries from both the theme.json file and the Use Any Font plugin. The plugin automatically adds custom fonts to theme.json whenever a font is added, deleted, or modified. Since we already have a custom font configuration for the Divi page editor, this is causing redundancy. We are pushing changes through github.
I want to know if this plugin works with single file TTF variable fonts?

]]>I have the professional version of Use Any Font installed on a few WordPress websites. Yesterday I updated the plugins (including Use Any Font) on a website using the 2021 WordPress theme. Everything looked fine from the outside, but when editing pages and posts, all the content was pushed to the left and the option to make an image full width or wide width was not available. Deactivating all the plugins did not fix it. I was able to fix it by uploading the 2021 theme again and replacing Active theme with the new upload of 2021.
However, this morning I logged into the website again and updated 3 plugins that had new versions come in overnight (including Use Any Font). Again, in the editor all the content on Pages and Posts was pushed to the left. So, I went to the staging version of the website and updated each of the 3 plugins one by one checking the Posts/Pages after each one. Everything was find until updating Use Any Font. The same issue appeared. So, again, I had to re-upload the downloaded version of the 2021 Theme and replace the Active theme with the new upload of 2021 to fix the website.
Next I went to a different site. This one uses the 2020 WordPress theme and Use Any Font. Again, I did all updates and checked after each. The site again broke once Use Any Font was updated. So, I used a backup restore from a few days ago. The site editor still pushed content to the left and the option to make an image full-width or wide-width was still removed even though the plugins needed to be updated. This time I updated plugins and themes and checked after each one. I waited to update for the 2020 Theme for last. When I updated it everything was fixed.
I believe this is a glitch between Use Any Font and WordPress that can be fixed when the WordPress theme is updated after Use Any Font. Since I fixed it I don’t need help. But I want you to be aware of the issue.

When using in text, the italics & bold-italics do not look like real italics, instead, forced italics.

Now I bought the License to upload more fonts and since I did so, I cannot change the body font in the customizer anymore. And the font sometimes looks super wack, super thin. Something’s off. I have just installed the plugin on a site I am in the process of creating.
My issue is that the font only appears in the Chrome browser. I have looked at my site in Edge, Opera and Firefox, and in each case the font does not load. I loaded initially in Opera and then it changed and defaulted to the standard font.
Can you please help me to have the font appear in all browsers.

Hi. I used your plugin to install the Buffalo font. I used it in 1 Header element on the Cover block.
All plugins are up to date, WordPress is up to date 6.5.2, and I am using the Twenty Twenty Four theme which is at 1.0.
When I update the theme to 1.1, the Buffalo font is no longer assigned to the Cover Header element mentioned above. And the Buffalo font is no longer available on the font dropdown.
In your plugin, I still see the added Buffalo font.
So there is a conflict with the theme update that wipes out the connection between the font your plugin has and the theme itself.
I had not used your Assign Font, in case you were wondering.
I have now restored my site to the theme 1.0 version so the “Connecting Talent To Opportunity” heading displays in the Buffalo font (looks like fancy cursive writing).
- Is this a bug in the plugin or the theme?
- Is there anything you can do to fix this?
- Can a fix be made such that it will not break again in the next theme release?

]]>Hi, I’ve used this plug in for years and love it! However, right now it is not letting fonts be changed. Not even to the built in fonts. I disabled all plug ins to make sure the problem wasn’t a css code and once doing so the fonts were back to being changeable. Use Any Font was the first plug in I enabled back on and the fonts didn’t change anymore.
