A new client has this on her site and it breaks just about everything in the admin area, blocking access to posts and pages.
There’s a big notice in the admin area saying the plugin was abandoned a good 3 years ago, and a notice on the plugin page here, plus the developer’s website is no longer working, so it’s a mystery as to why it’s still on the repo as I’ve seen other plugins removed for less!

During install I got a “Plugin does not have a valid header”-error.
Then when trying to activate the plugin it gave me:

The admin stopped working then. I had to remove the plugin through FTP.

The Plugin is very preferable for any languages. But have no option for slider translation (like revslider/layerslider). Hope it will be able in future.

After the installation I clicked on Activate and then whole WP dashboard became unresponsive, blank pages everywhere and login page is not accessible. This plugin should be blacklisted asap.

I uploaded the arabic files to wp-content /languages
I don’t see arabic in the dropdown
Also when I choose French as a test. No translation to French occurs.

Our public website is in german language and each webmaster can manage the backoffice in the native language (german or french).

Oops! The plugin worked for a while on WP 3.8 although it’s not declared as 3.8 ready.
I finally got an error message: Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_user_logged_in() in /wp-content/plugins/user-language-switch/user-language-switch.php on line 117.

I love it because it reads automatically the languages installed in the site and each user registered on the site can select an own language. Also visitors can change the language during their visit using the switch created by the plugin.
