Is this plugin displays the visitor’s local date and time on my website public pages? (Simply something like: Tuesday 19th of May 2020 01:21:15 PM)

Is this possible to display visitor’s city name also?

Will this plugin override the server timezone? (my server stores 2 times, local time and UTC). Or can select either local time or UTC for admin? It seems like WordPress timezone setting is ignored from my site.

Please advise. Thanks in advance!
