We are unable to upload and crop background images and (Avatar) profile images in the UsersUltra dashboard profile using the updated ElegantThemes Divi Theme. It also will not save any text changes in the profile. I’m using an older version of Divi until this issue is fixed. Thank you for your development work and for putting UU Pro 3.0 online. We are a Paid UU Ultimate user. We submitted this subject via the UU Pro customer ticket area a month ago but didn’t receive any feedback so far. Hopefully, this will draw attention and have the issue sorted out sooner.
1) The Problem
The ‘Role Selection’ feature in the front-end user registration form doesn’t offer another user role for registration selection, besides a WordPress default role. With this problem, users currently will have to accept a single role assigned by default. This is a big problem for a membership-based site.
The cause of the above problem is the feature on the admin panel: ‘setting > registration > Choose User Roles for Registration box’ doesn’t save the check.
The same problem applies to ‘setting > general > Choose Admins that will be notified’
2) Explore the above problem
(‘wp_debug’, true) reported the following problems for your coding purpose.

This plugin needs some major upgrading to become modern / compatible with the latest WordPress. Its using coding that has been unsupported now since 2020 and there are numerous Javascript issues that need to be resolved.
Outdated / Unsupported Coding:

Javascript Issues:
– admin.js and other JS files
Example use of the following:

This is not correct should be updated to:

I had an issue on my website when I updated to their latest version. Since then I can no re-register my site (The paid Version) so I am stuck with the free version. For 23 days now.
I have filled out a Support ticket Users Ultra DELETED on 2/15/2021. Their Support Policy page https://usersultra.com/support-policy.php says no weekend support and to allow 24/48 hours for a response. It has been well over a week now.

After migration, we’ve been experiencing an issue with logging in to the migrated site.
You can see from the video how the login page behaves.
When we tried to deactivate the plugin, everything looked fine and we’re able to log in fine.
Besides that, you can see that after we’ve migrated the site, you can see on the Athlete Profiles all images are broken.
We’re using Divi theme. After the update, the Divi page builder isn’t working properly so we just temporarily deactivated this plugin.
We’re hoping for an immediate response.
This is already our second attempt to reach you. We’ve sent the first ticket a week ago but no one replied to us.

If the subscriber chooses a onetime subscription they still have access to my site once the subscription has expired, and still show as an active user in my dashboard.

]]>I use a CMS platform called LearnDash so my users can take courses. To use learndash the customers create an account on WordPress then take the course. However, I also want the customer to sign up here AFTER they take the course: https://www.freelancermasterclass.com/registration (This is a Users Ultra form). The users are getting a “your already registered” error because they already registered for one of the courses. However, the problem here is only want to give access to the form /registration AFTER they completed the coursework. Is this possible?

No matter what I tried I couldn’t get email messages to send in HTML format. Your code was checking for the value “html” when in actuality you were saving “1” as the value if this options was checked in the Users Ultra Admin area under Notifications.

]]>If logged in, my users (myself included) are seeing a blank page. I’ve tried adding more content to the page besides the shortcode but nothing’s showing up unless you’re logged out. In UsersUltra > Settings > Redirection I have “Redirect Users To My Account – Registration Page” set to “yes” but it doesn’t seem to be working. How can I fix this so that if a logged-in user gets to the ‘registration’ page they’re shown some content (preferably a call to action to share the site with friends) ?
