When I am logged out and click on ”see profile” ( profile of another member ) tells me to login/sign in, which is fine, even tho I might not want to have it set it up that way.
I login and I click on a profile ( again, not my profile) and I am redirected to my profile, therefore, I can not see members profiles, which again, I actually don’t need members to not see other members profiles.
I would appreciate a solution to this please.

In October 2020, we tried out the free version of Users Ultra. A pre-sales enquiry we made was answered within a few hours, so we were assumed that there was a robust support mechanism behind the software. We purchased the Pro version on the strength of the answer to our pre-sales question.
However, once we had purchased and installed the Pro version of Users Ultra, we found that it did not function correctly on our site. We therefore requested assistance by logging a technical support ticket with Users Ultra. Our support ticket went unanswered and so six days later we resubmitted it. This support request too went unanswered and so we requested a refund under the terms of their 30-day money back guarantee. Perhaps not surprisingly, this request was ignored as well.
We now had three open tickets on our Users Ultra account and, because it turns out that this is the maximum number of open requests you can have, we could no longer contact them through this route. We tried emailing directly to the technician that had given us the initial pre-sales support but, again, heard nothing back.
Fortunately, we had taken screenshots of the support section of our Users Ultra account showing the dates of our last three support tickets (those logged since paying Users Ultra and including the refund request) and that they were all still showing as “Unassigned”. As we had used a credit card to make the purchase, we were able to send those screenshots to our card supplier as proof of the lack of support and claim our money back.

We paid for a PRO version and now 16 months later we can’t get ANY support. Have an open ticket for 3 weeks now and no response. We simply updated our WP to latest and stuff is broken now.
I’d be happy to rereview this plugin if anyone would ever contact me because we like the functionality, but if I can’t get support my site is down

I purchased the pro version, submitted a ticket, and never got a response. I saw that they are selling priority support for $199 a year but I do not know if that works as I have not tested yet. The community support forum in www.ads-software.com sucks so many topics and no answers. This plugin team definitely needs help ASAP.

DO NOT buy this plugin. I have been literally trying for over a YEAR to get support upgrading their product to the latest version because of a technical error reported by their software. All I get are empty promises to help, then nothing. Told my license was expired even though I never got help when it was active. Fine. I renewed the license hoping for support. Nothing. Then promised a free license for the trouble. Never received despite repeated attempts. Can’t get a refund now because too much time has passed and I have no faith at this point that I would ever see it anyway. Communication is practically non-existent for a paid product. I’m tired of wasting my time and money with this guy. Obviously he doesn’t know the answer to the problem or doesn’t care so instead it’s ignored. Buyer BEWARE!!

I purchase the software. It is ok but doesn’t fit my needs. I would like to use the money back guarantee to request a refund but can seem to get in contact with anyone from the company.

With such a high rating I figured it was worth a shot, after fixing some issues in the free plugin I purchased the paid plugin only to be bombarded with hundreds of PHP errors. The code is so outdated (apparently updated once a week lol yeah ok), after taking a look at the pro code I have asked for a refund, have since got no response so started a case on PayPal.
EDIT: After making several requests for a refund, all they had to do was respond to the PayPal case and they have refused. They do not honor their 30-day money back guarantee and try to cause as many issues as they can. This plugin is full of PHP errors and is very badly coded, time wasn’t even taken to properly indent code let alone the use of undefined variables and no defaults. No matter what page I visited I had issues with UsersUltra.
They say they can’t do support here because it’s for the pro version, yet happily, advertise the pro version with the icon of this free plugin.

How this plugin has such a high average rating is beyond me. Perhaps early on, the codebase was better and the support was actually real. But as it is now, both the company and the plugin are awful.
I thank God that I inherited this POS plugin as part of a site that we’re taking over for a new client and didn’t recommend it to them. If we did, I’m sure they would have fired us, and with good reason.
Save yourself, your company and/or your client from what will certainly be horrible experience and find something else!

I really wanted to like this plugin. It offered everything we needed. We purchased the pro version and then the problems started. This plugin is coded very poorly. Worst of all, there is NO SUPPORT. We’ve had three open support tickets go unanswered for over three months. Clearly we’re shouting into a void – there’s no one there. Which also means we’re now stuck with a plugin we paid for that just doesn’t work properly. Walk away and find something else – there are other options out there.

I like the plug in but this is a major problem. There is a flaw in the plugin’s shortcode. If one is logged in, and you click on a page that has the registration form. I have now been trying to get them to get back to me for over 2 weeks now, and not a peep or update to the plugin in yet.

The plugin does not make sense, each element that it has is awkward, it is extremely unpersonalizable and presents obstacles at every moment.
But not only that, but it does not allow blocking content, what’s the point?
There are many better plugins for both the free version and the pay.

This plugin is full of sloppy code, spelling mistakes, conflicts within itself and absolutely TERRIBLE customer service! I purchased this plugin on September 7, 2018 and by September 11, 2018 requested a refund. It is now December 17, 2018 and I have yet to receive the refund. I have had many back and forths in a support ticket where it was promised to be refunded. The last response was November 6, 2018 and ALL other requests have gone unanswered. Submitted new ticket trying to get their attention with an URGENT request 6 days ago and it is still unassigned.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLUGIN or any other plugins this company has simply because of the terrible service received. I am now on hold with my credit card company to dispute the charge and have it refunded directly from them.

The support is terrible for this plugin. It takes days for them to respond with nothing more than a link to the documents page and they will not answer questions or help with customization. I am trying to get a refund now, hopefully they will at least uphold their 30day money back guarantee. We will see.

The powerfull Pro version who is definetly worth his money is very amazing and if you might have any questions or problems then just contact them. This plugin is very buggy, so I simply cancelled my subscription on May 30, 2017. But, I got a renewal charge on December 7, 2017. I emailed their support and explained the situation the next day, they replied on December 12 and said they issued a refund which I’ll receive in 3-7 business days.
It has been 3 months and I haven’t received this refund yet! I contacted them 5 times during the past 3 month and every time they say they are sorry it’s strange and they promise that I’ll receive a refund in a few day …
Avoid using this at all costs!
