How to make the columns under each other on mobiles?
]]>I updated to the latest version of the Gutenburg Variable Column Plugin and the layout on my front page quit working. The column settings were not working and when I tried to set up new variable columns I was not given the option to set the column widths whatsoever. I have reverted back to the previous version so everything is working again. There is a glitch with the new version that is breaking the formatting from the previous version.
]]>Hi! It seems I can’t put more than 2 blocks in the same column.
I have a heading block and a table on the first column and some HTML on the second one. When I try to add another block to the first column, one of the previous blocks disappear.
]]>Unfortunately you cannot use this plugin and also the regular columns alltogether. It would be better if this would be an enhancement to the current column functionalty instead of a new block type.
]]>It seems I cannot place other blocks in these columns? Hmm.
]]>Hi,
I have the Classic Block inside Advanced Columns.
If I refresh the editor page it says
This block contains unexpected or invalid content.
Two buttons: Resolve & Convert To HTML.
Only the Resolve button works.
In the resolve block window,
Convert to html or Convert to blocks don’t do anything.
Any idea what or how to fix this?
]]>I’ve tried this plugin, and aside from not being able to add other block types to the columns, it seems to break the regular Columns block and turn my two column layout into a one column layout.
Here’s my 2 column layout without the plugin active: Without Gutenberg Variable Columns active
And with it active: With Gutenberg Variable Columns active
Is this something you can replicate?
]]>I installed this plugin but there is no option to insert it under Layout Elements when adding blocks. Yes I deactivated all other plugins.
This is the forth Gutenberg plugin that I have tried that does not work.
]]>This is really good for adding just simple text,
There doesn’t seem to be a way to add headings or any other elements, you know like nesting blocks inside the columns.
It creates the columns but then you can only use them for text, unless I’m missing something?
