It is perfect for the smaller website where you don’t have hundreds of people signing up per day.
Sends a mail to you and you simply add them into your preferred list. It is not automated.
Or, with Contact form DB plugin the new signups get put into your database.

I use it to let people know that there is a new blog published on the website.

its only for widgets

the email go straight to you – nothing is stored

very hand as a quick and simple form
