Is there a place where I can change the settings to increase the quality of the flv? Can I do it from within wordpress or is there another file I would need to edit?

I have been using the video-flv-converter plugin with great success but it does not work with version 3.0

It works on the main blog but not on any multi sites.

Can anyone help??
