I am using html5 video player plugin to play video. I put some videos in lightbox and when I close light box it doesn’t stop playing it. how can I set it as it stops automatically by closing the light box.

i’ve got a problem with the plugin. We are embedding local videos from our server into the article, which works perfectly. Now to my problem: The internet explorer users can’t get into the “full” fullscreen mode. If you click on fullscreen, the player enlarges to the size of the website, but the fullscreen mode itself won’t display correctly.
Also you can see the navigation bar and the header of the website while you are in “fullscreen mode”. This only happens to Internet Explorer users. I’ve tried to change the style.css code in my theme to something like that:

display: none;
}
But this seems to not work at all. The navigation bar is still displayed. Also I’ve tried to disable a few plugins, that we have installed, but this makes no difference.
I am using WP 4.5 with the “twenty-eleven” theme. The users all use IE 11. It’s a local site in our network, running on an IIS Webserver.
Please help us.

]]>I added this plugin to an existing WordPress site and if I use the shortcode to add it to a page, it works wonderfully as always: The big play button shows, but the controls don’t display until you start the Play button. Exactly what I want. BUT when I try to copy the code from that page

i′m using video.js without FFMPEG.
After uploading my .mp4 video (same server as wordpress is installed) i want to use a thumbnail. So i created a seperatly jpg-file (because no FFMPEG) and choose it from the Library. But it′s not showing.
I have 3 videos on my site and only the first video get′s a thumbnail. I don′t now what i did:
On the same site there is a second video but there it doesn’t show the thumbnail. I gave the picture the same size as the video (640×360) but still no success.
In the media preview i can see the correct thumbnail but in safari or chrome or what else not.
What′s my Problem?

]]>I want to eliminate the Big Play button and the gray overlay on a video. These only display in Firefox, so I prefer to just do without and use the poster image to instruct users.
I’ve tried to edit the CSS in every file I can think of, but I can’t seem to make it work. For the play button I’m using:
‘.vjs-default-skin .vjs-big-play-button {display:none!important;}’
I’m not sure on the gray overlay.

The video player auto plays on my laptop perfectly and is resizing automatically on mobile devices, but it won’t play unless manually clicked. And yes, I’ve checked off the responsive checkbox in the video player settings. Any ideas? Could it be an issue with my theme itself? Thanks.

But once I do it, the plugin stops working – there is just black rectangle on the page. Can you, please, help?
Also, I want to say, after many tests, – this is one of the best working wordpress video solutions. I would realy be glad to se it as paid plugin or perhaps free basiss + paid extensions. This would give you the energy to work on it for the years to follow and we would have a solution to stick to.

]]>I have mostly self-hosted mp4 on my website and was having all kinds of trouble with the purchased theme displaying the videos. They would not auto-resize to fit the columns, etc. and overlap and different browsers would show them differently (mostly wrong).
THEN I found this Plugin. I installed it and BAM, most of the issues were gone! The video that were already placed were auto-resized, the player works, this is really cool.
The ONLY gig I would say is that I wish the pop-up info box where you enter the mp4 URL and poster URL…I wish had a “browse” button to go back to the Media screen so we wouldn’t have to copy/paste the URL in there manually. Maybe Dustin can add that now !! ??

]]>Running the latest version of wordpress and your plugin I noticed today that when i tried to create a relationship field using ACF that the Video.js plugin was outputting an unexpected token onto the page which broke the ACF Relationship field. What i was seeing is the that i would connect a relationship field to a custom post type and when i went to page to make the relation it would not show any results to choose from. The console showed this error:
