WPForms Views does NOT show Edit Entry Link. If I create a user and attach a role – I can get the specific view that I want the user to view. I’ve added the Entry Entry Link and have done all the setups.. But when logging in as a ‘user’ – the Edit Entry link doesn’t show up.

If i just view the page that the view is on – Edit Entry shows up.. but not when I’m logging in as a user.

I starting having issues today accessing my wordpress admin. I went through the proper steps to figure out the issue. After turning off all of my plugins manually by renaming them off.plugin-name (because I could not access wp-admin). Sure enough, as soon as I enabled Views for WPForms, the backend started failing again. I went to submit a ticket to your system as I just barely bought the pro version of the plugin, but it appears that their website has crashed, likely due to the plugin issue that surfaced for me. I will wait to post a review until I can chat with someone, or until you get your system fixed, but please keep me posted.

However for some users we are not seeing the approve button on the front-end

We have created logins, being logged in has not affected the display issue on some users machines.

Is it possible to leave the original entry unchanged in the form, and only add the changed entry to the table (Basically some kind of history)? I presume that option would be in the premium version of the plugin, right?

I have a ‘file upload’ field in WP Forms and I can show it on “Views for WP Forms”.

However, there’s an option called “Display File As Link” which I’ve selected and added the ‘Link Text’.

But the whole file is showing (in my case, an image) rather than a link TO the image.

Help to fix this?

I have a field called “Description” on my WP-Forms and it’s a text field. When viewed on the front end, it scrolls WAY off the page. Is there any way of truncating this with a ‘READ MORE’ button or something similar?

Is it possible on any version to display entries submitted by the logged-in user?

For example, when Jane logs in, Jane is able to view ONLY entries entered by Jane.

A user is able to view own entries.

Is it possible?

Is it possible to filter the entry list to display only the current logged in user’s entries? To clarify, not ALL currently logged in users, but ONLY the one logged into that account. If so, would it require the paid version? Thank you for your help.

Plugin is wonderfull and provide all the feature but can someone tell how form entry can be deleted from front end?

We are using WpForms and the WpForms Views plugins on our website, which is currently not in production. The views works great for the most part. However, when we search by our first name or last name fields, if that entry has been edited in the WpForms Entries page, we see all the versions of that entry. For example, Ben submitted a form and misspelled a word, then the admin went in and fixed that spelling. When someone searches for Ben in the Views page, they will see both entries. We have checked the database and can see that updates in the entries page create new records in the wp_wpforms_entry_fields database for each field in the form. To fix this issue, we need a check on the search feature to only return the latest entry_id and corresponding data for a search.

I just want to know if i have to connect my Wp-form to PhpMyadmin first before I am able to see the data on the frontend?

Or does Wp-forms store it for you automattically?

Like your plugin and has purchased it. BUT i can not find a way to make a search through all data. I can only see how to make search on explicit data.

Ex i want to have all entries where “Lars” is part of the name.

Result should be the first 4. And also on full entry. Not only on “name”field.
One “big” search field that search all data and return whatever has similar data
