Ad esempio, limitare l’accesso ad alcune camere se i bambini hanno meno di 12 anni (per non disturbare i vicini del piano), oppure mettere un’addizionale se i “bambini” hanno tra i 12 e i 14 anni, etc… spero di essermi spiegato. ]]>We have set up the option for deposits, and turned on “Allow Multiple Payments for one Reservation”. Now when a customer books a room and pays the deposit, they immediately get another payment window for the remaining balance. I assume this happens because it redirects to the booking confirmation page, it’s the same with the link from the confirmation email, when you go to the booking confirmation page, the remaining balance payment window automatically pops up.
Is there a way to change it so that the booking details page doesn’t automatically pop up with the payment window? It is very confusing for the customer to pay the deposit, then instead of getting a confirmation page to tell them it’s booked, they get another payment window.

]]>I am getting a consistent error after interacting with a couple Vik plugins. This comes right after inputting and submitting payment info into a block from a VikStripe plugin. Disabling the plugins keeps any errors from presenting, but also makes all associated pages unusable, so diagnosing the exact problem isn’t possible.
I’m wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue or if it is common with a simple fix that I am just not seeing.

I am using the plugin vikbooking. Eveything is working perfectly fine. But i want you to guide me that when a room is already booked by someone then other user should not be able to book the same room for the same dates, Instead of it User should see the contact us button on the detail page.

I am currently evaluating the VikBooking Hotel Booking Engine & PMS plugin and am generally satisfied with its functionality. However, I have encountered an issue since I implemented a shortcode for table reservations in the VikRestaurants plugin. Even after removing this shortcode, the problem persists.
Specifically, when using the search shortcode from VikBooking, users are redirected to the VikRestaurants page to make a table reservation instead of being directed to the booking page. This issue does not occur when the VikRestaurants plugin is deactivated, suggesting some form of conflict between the two plugins.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue so that I can use both plugins without interference.

I’m using the free version to test it before purchasing the pro version. I use Elementor and I wanted to customize the availability search page with Elementor to add some style elements. Unfortunately, the availability search results page (“Search Availability”) [[vikbooking category_id=”” view=”vikbooking” lang=”it-IT”]] only works with the shortcode inserted in the WordPress editor, but not if I modify the page with Elementor; it remains blank.
