Is there any way to remove the calendar from the detail page of cars. I am not able to find it

Hello, is there any available way that car ” A ” to be visible in ” ANY ” category list, but the price to be on Request which will lead user to request form in different URL / or just to send to admin email the receipt with requested dates with status pending order/ for that specific car ?

I am having a problem that on the page our fleet the discount dont show on the cars list. and neither in view details and in order details. when you go via the “search your car” then it works properly. and discount is shown and drawn correct from the oprder details and payment.

what am i doing wrong?

Does your plugin create an entirely separate database of products / orders?

Or are orders synced with WooCommerce ?

Hi, Looking into a problem on a clients website. It seems they get this error :

“error, insufficient data received”

When selecting a payment method, they have stripe, paypal and bank transfer setup. When clicking the payment button it just shows that error .

Any ideas what could be the cause, they are using the latest version.

?I have having some issues showing unlimited KM option in front end. I played?around with the car option settings in the plugin. Specifically, the minimum and maximum settings.

It seems no matter what changes I make I cannot get the unlimited option to appear on a 3-day rental.

The options still work even when minimum and maximum settings for the same day?ARE?the same but no matter what I do it cant be shown for 3 day renatls

For the pro version of vik rent car plugin, is it possible to have mandatory fees or something like a deposit whenever someone tries to book a car.

This is separate from the normal rate of a car. So when someone tries to book a car, he’ll have to pay the normal pay and mandatory deposit. Need to confirm this before purchasing the plugin.

Is i possible, we want to restrict bookings to 18 hours in advance. Its currently only set to allow days in advance.

The problem we are having is we are getting bookings made at 11pm the night before for 8am pickup and staff don’t have time to organize.

Can this be changed to hours in advance instead of days?

Hi i use the pro version of the vik rent car plugin i and i have everything else dialed in, the cars, the info the tax- everything, but now i want to set up the payments.

I have published the PayPal method and added my business email and when i try to pay it says “Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.”, when i try to pay with offline card it sends me an email that looks like this (not censoring anything it looks like this) “

Hi I would like to know if there is a way to show or hide a field if a user select, when search for a car, a specific Location. I have a pick up service in customer’s hotel except from our physical location so when the user select the area I would like to fill in the last step the Hotel name. I have already a field with Hotel Pick up name but it seems tricky to them they select both physical location in the first step and fill the hotel name same time in the last and every time they asked us if hey need to come or not.

Hi. I’m having another issue with vik rent car plugin.

If the hours of the drop-off location is not the same as the pick-up locations, it needs to applying the cost like an extra day. For example, if the pick up date is 07-22, 10:00 and the drop off date is 07-23, 11:00, the cost is gonna be for 2 days. The plugin is doing well in the price of the rent vehicle but it’s not applying in car options; it’s taking like its just one day when it need to show the cost for 2 days. The idea its the that extra day cost applies automatically in car options, not that the clients select the quantity.

Hi, how are you? Is there any way of put special prices to car options? I’m using the pro version and the website that I work has four Pick Up-Drop Off locations and one location has a price percentage extra to apply if the client pick up the car there. I create a special price that applies only if the client select that location. The thing is that the special price is only applied for cars, prices and locations but not for car options and I need apply the % too in case that the client added these options (Child Seat, Insurange, loss damage) to the order. Is there any PHP code to add or modify a file into the module?

Does vikrentcar have the ability to capture the customers signature? Instead of just ticking a box saying that they agree to the terms and conditions, is there a method whereby we can capture a signature?
