Hi, we need to follow up WordPress posts and pages on portfolio area level (business area). We have 8 of those and we use the WordPress Category for this where each portfolio area is a category. Is there a way to add WordPress categories as a dimension in the analytics so that we can follow up everything on category level?
]]>I am looking for some advice on using both Visitor Analytics and MonsterInsights on my WordPress site to track statistics like user stats or general website stats. Specifically, I want to know if it’s possible to have them both tracking user traffic to collect website statistics in parallel.
So, my goal is to have both Visitor Analytics(for heatmaps and sessions recordings) and MonsterInsights (for Google Analytics integration) installed at the same time to collect analytics data in parallel. I’d like to leverage the features of these two site statistics tools to get a broader view of my WordPress statistics.
Since Visitor Analytics is positioned as an Google Analytics alternative / privacy friendly, will they both(Visitor Analytics & MonsterInsights) run without facing any issues or limitations on my WP site and still deliver accurate web stats and analytics?
Thanks!

]]>Hello,
When I save some settings of Freesoul Deactivate Plugins if your plugin is active I see an error message. If I deactivate your plugin I see the usual successful message.
To reproduce the problem you should:
– Install Freesoul Deactivate Plugins
– Install your plugin
– Go to Freesoul Deactivate Plugins => Gear Icon => Roles Manager
– Click on “Save all changes”
– Disable your plugin
– Click again n “Save all changes”
When you save the settings of FDP it calls via Ajax a function that returns exactly 1 on success. When your plugin is active, instead of returning exactly 1, it returns a return line followed by 1 (\n1 instead of 1).
It looks like in some situations your plugin adds a return line to the output of the functions called by other plugins via Ajax.
This is not a problem for me. I’ve solved it in my case, and I don’t need you to do anything to solve my specific case. But better you know about this issue because your plugin may have conflicts with other plugins on Ajax calls.
Have a great day!
Jose
]]>Can you please list where this plugin sends and stores data?
The paragraph from you plugin’s page is confusing
> Innovative solution that does not require cookies for tracking data! GDPR & CCPA ready. No data passed on to other parties than Visitor Analytics. Supports 20 languages.
Is this a typo? Should it say “no data passed on to parties other than Visitor Analytics”? If so, that means that data *is* passed-on to third parties (ie not my visitor [party #1] and not me [party #2]. You are the third party.)
If this plugin were “innovative”, then I would expect it to say “no data is passed on to third parties. It’s all stored locally on your server”
But the quote above is just confusing.
Can you please clarify? If I use this plugin, then is my visitor’s data:
1. stored on my server?
2. transmitted to a Visitor Analytics’ server?
3. stored on Visitor Analytics’ server?
4. transmitted or stored on any other servers?

]]>Hi there,
Unfortunately, as soon as activate Visitor Analytics Elementor dashboard keeps loading but never succeeds.
Let me know if that is a known problem. And if we could solve that using the browser version of Visitor Analytics and adding the script.
Thanks.
]]>Hi,
The readme.txt Stable tag says 1.0.6, however inside your main php file you indicate that the version is 1.0.5.

Greetings,
How do you solve the GDPR need, that a visitor MUST agree to the cookie BEFORE it′s loaded? If the plugin is active, it′s loaded even on the 1st visit.
Do I have to install an additional plugin like https://www.cookiebot.com/en/cookie-consent/
Greetings!
