I love this plugin – I am very sad that it is no longer developed. I still have the Mike Challis version 1.5.8.12. I consider it a must have for a woocommerce store to see in real time who is on your store and what they are looking at. I was pleasantly surprised that although it is an older plugin that it still worked when I upgraded to php 7. I have this screen up so I can monitor my store all day, every day.
This plugin was a major decision in my switching from my old oscommerce store to wordpress woocommerce. There was a very similar plugin on oscommerce.

Plug in doesnt work. Period. After installation you get the following message: The Maxmind GeoLiteCity database is not yet installed. Install Now, when you click on install now it takes you to a page that say’s, “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” Other users have reported the same error with no fix in site. This plugin is seriously broken.

I used to use this and it was brilliant but then suddenly it started breaking my website so I had to deactivate. I updated it recently and activated but still it breaks my website.
I went to the developer’s website and amazingly they have no interest in receiving bug reports unless they are paid.

I like this plugin. It is simple and easy to use, and I like (in particular) the coloured world map. I cannot use it everywhere (sometimes it is just not appropriate), but I do use it everywhere I can.
I’m now using it with WP 4.4.2 and it chugs along, just like before. That applies for about 5 or 6 sites, all are WP 4.4.2.

I tried many other reporting plugins but this is the best. At anytime I can
1. See who is looking at my web page in real time, how they arrived, and where they are located, and what pages they are looking at with date and time
2. I can quickly look up the IP address
3. It shows me guests, users, and bots
4. Even a map of the world
No other tracking system gives this information. Google Analytics has too much confusing information. Only Clicky is close.
I’m cheap so I don’t usually contribute to free plugins. This one was so good that I donated!

This was a very good plugin , but we only get some problems in updating the IP database
and it will be great if we have a tool to change the period time from ( 5 min. ) to any other time when check the current visitors

I LOVE this plugin and have been looking for something very similar to this.. If you need to know who’s on your site and keep track on people, this is the perfect plugin for you!
Very easy setup and simple settings in general!
I would LOVE if you could add the following:
– Disable “Bots” in the Widget shown on website.
– Add a “All-over-counter”, that counts visitors though out the time..

5 stars for this nifty plugin! The Visitor Maps keeps marking the spot 500-1000km South of the real location. This have been like this since I use this plugin, on several platforms. It’s just a matter of mentally place the dots quite to North… Recently, the “Who’s Online” feature displays “Europe” while it used to display the actual European country. Can the devs do something about this 2 issues? Anyway, a Top plugin! THANKS!

Ever since December 2014 this plugin has been showing times that are 8 hours behind true time. All my other plugins that use times are correct. I really would like to know what’s up with this? I have been trying to get an answer for weeks but no ones seems to care!
