Hi there,

We have already installed and configured your Smart Checkout Plugin.

We are experiencing an issue with payments processed through Viva Wallet. After a customer completes a transaction using Viva Wallet, the website doesn’t automatically redirect to the seller’s page. This results in a successful payment order in Viva Wallet, but a pending payment order in WordPress. Additionally, the customer doesn’t receive an email confirmation from the seller’s shop, and the order remains in pending status.

Any suggestion ?

The last update for the plugin “Viva Wallet Smart Checkout for your WooCommerce store” at 2023-01-24 and version 3.6.8 and WordPress have a warning massage “This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.” .

Does Viva Wallet will update this plugin in the future? And how many times in every year?

Hi.

This is an issue that has happened 2-3 times.

While the customer has succesfully paid, the order in Woocomerce is shown as Canceled (because the time limit has been exceeded) !!!

You understand that this causes many arguments with our customers.

VivaWallet smart checkout order status update issue

Once I receive an order, it stay in “on hold” status in Woocommerce. Even If the payment have been received on VivaWallet app. If I don’t change the order status manually to “processing”, the order is cancelled.

The status seems not to be synchronized between Vivawallet and woocommerce.

Which setting should I check on Woocommerce and Vivawallet dashboards ?

I recently change the website entirely and the problem still persist.

Our main concern is, after we placed order of the product item it will directed to viva wallet smart checkout then once it was success or failed it turns to error 404 ( see this link:?https://prnt.sc/l1QyO-Yp6tuq). Additionally, once the payment is success via Viva wallet smart checkout then turns to error 404, there’s no email notification to admin that someone purchased the product successfully.

I would like to change the colors or my payment page on the Woocommerce Smart Checkout page.

I understood that this would be only possible with Woocommerce Standard Checkout plugin.

Is there a way to code this or maybe you can add this feature to the Smart Checkout plugin or on the admin of Viva Wallet?

Hi all! i have under my hands an e-commerce with VivaWallet payments. After THREE WEEKS with the support, they send me here. After the checkout, the site gives me a 404 error code, BUT takes the money. We already tried ALL the support suggested like deactivate everything, change endpoints etc.

Any suggestion? I’m between despair and hysterical laughts

in the plugin settings page, although it is set that the Order status should be e.g. Processing, when a new order arrives, the status remains “Pending payment”. Thus, the admin new order email is never sent…

Hello,

We’re using your plugin and it’s working as intended.
The problem is, woocommerce doesn’t send emails to clients once they purchase something nor to the website’s owner once they payment is done.

It has to be something related to this plugin since it works for Paypall and other paying methods.

Could help us with this?

Hello and thank you for maintaining this very useful plugin.

We have recently added the plugin to our site and configured it according to the instructions provided by VivaWallet. We had to contact support to get the Source code, thankfully without much effort.

However, we are facing a problem with the after-payment. When the customer completes the payment gets directed to an empty screen with a single number on top right “-1”.

Then, after clicking on the “previous page” or “back” button of the browser gets directed to another screen that prompts for “The transaction has been paid”.

We are a bit confused as we can’t tell what is wrong. The payment appears to have been completed but the customer gets a misleading response and gets hanged on a blank screen.

We are using:
WordPress 5.8
WooCommerce 5.5.2
WooCommerce Viva Wallet Gateway 3.6.2
Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts for WooCommerce 2.6.3
(this one we can confirm it works as expected with every payment method)
Woodmart Theme 6.1.4

We have currently deactivated the Credit Card payment method.

Note that, we are using the plugin from you (Viva Wallet) and not from Papaki.

We have uploaded two images on a temporary cloud storage to portray the case.

I have VivaWallet on my woocommerce, and it happens that if I add a coupon code for 100% discount the order does not complete, it gets stuck on confirmng page.
And in the JS console I see this error:

Order status set to completed instead processing

Hi,

I recently installed the plugin in my Woocommerce shop.

I notice all successful payments change the order status to completed straight away instead of to processing.
Due to this the customer doesn’t receive the confirmation email with the track&trace link once the order is really completed.
So I have to send this manually.

Can this please be corrected?

Hello,

I have one domain name but two different sites for french and dutch clients.
Viva Wallet plugin works on the main domain https://www.example.be but does not work on the french site because it’s a website in subdirectory like example.be/fr/
It always gives one error “your session has expired”. Is there any custom work possible around this issue?

Hi!, i use the plugin for 2 years…
I never had any problems,

But with the last update i think that there are criticals errors that you have to fix immediately…

->The last versions(3.6.2) asks for update
on first look, seems when the update finish leaves both versions installed!
and finally the plugin doesnt work on payments…I tried to delete the last, and t but nothing changed..

Also
I took a look on support and there are some differences with lastly direction on the webhook url!!!

I think that there are bugs
with the tables with between 2 last versions..

Please Fix it as soon as possible…

After the last update we have 2 plugins, WooCommerce Viva Wallet Gateway (3.6.2) and Viva Wallet for WooCommerce (4.1.1). When we delete one of them, both are deleted.

Hello,
there is an issue with the plugin, that causes problems at our online shop.
It takes the payment normally and puts the order on hold ONLY for 40 minutes. If we do not se the order then it cancels the order automatically.
This must me resolved, because the customers has paid and receives a cancelation email by the system.
It must be changed to on hold to at leaste 24 hours, so we can be sure that the orders are checked.

My client missed 2 orders today cause customers having an error at checkout. Some work but some else doesn’t.
They have a message that The order can’t be payed.Please contact us for help….
