I try to install this plugin, i done my install with FTP and when i go in the admin panel to check the settings there is nothing in there but a word read “install” plus my site is SSL not sure if that’s the reason are something else all i know it don’t work…

Hi!

I noticed some strange behaviour of the dashboard or maybe it’s just me and my logic ??
On Wednesday I had one engagement on one article and everything looked fine in the dashboard. But at the article the counter was still set to 0 on Thursday. So I tried to click the same, which lead to a 1 in the article at that engagement. I tried to click another one in the same article, to see, what will happen and changed it back.
On Friday it said I had two engagements at Thursday in “Which day should I post an article”, but still in the article a 1 is only showing up on one of the two engagements and also in the dashboard at “Which articles are most engaging?”.
Today (Saturday) it’s getting really weird. In the dashboard at “Which articles are most engaging?” all is set to 0 for that article. At the article is still the one showing up and in the dashboard at “Which day should I post an article” it’s still weird.

I need the help with Mobile Application Online.

After that writing:

…And no incoming mail for confirmation. Maybe you will need to confirm?

Thanks for the great plugin! I was happy with the way the plugin functions. But suddenly it stopped working as the settings page is not connected showing 403 error in console. This breaks the site, disable the parsing of shortcodes. Please help me with this.

Hello,

Can you please let me know how can I completely remove the widget title above emoticons that says ‘Your Reaction?’. I tried by keeping the field empty in stats.vicomi.com dashboard but it display the text by default. Also, if it is not possible, can you please confirm if the functionality will be available in future updates?

Hi,
I installed this plugin and when I try to go to the settings page and I only get an infinite loading icon.

When I look at the console I get this errors:
1. Failed to load resource: net::ERR_INSECURE_RESPONSE
2. Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
3. Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)

Anyone here can help me?

Settings page infinite loading

I installed this plugin and when I try to go to the settings page I get an infinite loading screen.

When I look at the console I get a number of errors:
1. GET https://cms.vicomi.com/products/feelback/settings?token=xxx 403 (Forbidden)
2. GET https://dashboard.vicomi.com/api/v1//curr_user.json net::ERR_INSECURE_RESPONSE
3. GET https://stats.vicomi.com/ net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

This leads me to believe that this plugin does not work with SSL enabled sites.

Can someone offer some insight here?

I like the Vicomi feelbacks a Lot. Irs interactive and fun for readers. But still I had to uninstall it.
Reason being – The recommended posts was (Once the reader clicks an emotion)was of no use to me. Many of my friends I interacted with also wanted the option to just have the feelback emoticons or the option to switch of the recommended post feature.

Had to delete the plugin. The dashboard took 2 minutes to load. I have a very fast connection and using chrome. It also timed out white on Android. No dashboard at all.

I’m having trouble getting your website to recognise me. I registered OK, but then got the message the password was invalid when I tried to setup the comments plugin. I managed to navigate and reset the password. Then I tried to login to enable this plugin and it told me my password was invalid again! I tried to reset it but it just gives me a blank screen on api.vicomi.com.
