This plugin doesn’t work. Integration is a nightmare because it just pushes you to the zoho API which is set up for CRM and there are no instructions. When you launch the app, it doesn’t pick up any of the fields in Zoho CRM.

The part of the plugin which tries to map the form fields to the Bigin fields is a very odd layout and should be simplified.

All of that would be okay if the plugin worked. It just doesn’t though.
