Hello i use the Pro version of the plugin. Currently i have a product that contains numerous PDF files (sort of like a bundle). It contains around lets say 40 PDFs and they are all always watermarked – everything works great (the plugin is set to watermark all PDFs). Now i want to add 4 PDFs that i don’t want watermaked to the same product. I can’t just exclude these – which means i need to add all 40 PDF files to the list and then just not add these 4? Can there be an option to just exclude PDFs from watermarking?

hi, first of all congratulations for the plugin. help me solve this problem please: I noticed how every user who downloads a PDF file, creates a copy of the file in the same folder; unfortunately this is a problem because I am running out of space on my domain, how could I solve it in the simplest way? is there a way to delete the copies of the downloads after 30 or 60 days automatically? if so, if then the person who bought the PDF downloads it, is a new one created or would it no longer be possible to download if I delete the file created the first time? or is there a possibility to send the copies to an external storage service like Google drive or other? thank you very much.

Plugin not working, getting this error message when download button is hit. Plugin turned off -download works ok.

I have been using this plugin on my personal website and it’s been working great!

I would love to see this working with multivendor websites using plugins like Dokun or WCFM.Has anyone been succesfull with this combo? For reference, I have been using the Flatsome premium theme for this plugin and planning to do so again.

Any help, tips or advice would be very much appreciated before I continue and purchase all the necessary apps.

Hello in woocommerce my account -> downloads page at the top we are displaying custom pdf to user who has purchase product from past (other site), and it is working well, howver this plugin’s pdf stamp is not appear on those pdf’s. Is there any hook or filter is aviable that will add stamp on custom pdf too.

Is there a way to delete watermarked pdf files after a given time?
I have few pdf products that are configured (the download links) to last for 30 days. But the files stay on the server and it’s starting to become a bit of a strain.

We recently updated a customer’s plugin from before you acquired the plugin at your company.

We’re seeing fatal PHP errors on the dashboard, and the settings page of the plugin doesn’t load at all, just a critical error.

It *seems* like there might be something going on with the font setup? Here’s what I’m seeing when trying to d/l a PDF from an order:

I am writing regarding the plugin. It used to work perfectly fine but now it produces a fatal error on the website, when someone wants to access the downloadable product.

That’s why I deactivated it, but I’d definitely like to reinstall it. I hope you as developer of the plugin are interested to make it work. So far I couldn’t figure out what the exact problem is.

Version 3.2.0 moves the bottom Watermark to the middle, after processing the following pages:
A4 portrait (multiple pages), changing to A4 landscape.
Watermark is fine till now – always at the bottom of the page.

But with the next A4 portrait page the Watermark keeps in the middle of the A4 portrait page till the end of the document.

With Version 3.1.2 he orientation changes were no problem at all!

Hopefully you can find the problem and fix it.

I have already checked old questions, but they don’t help.

Normally I am able to download PDF.

Hi, Everything worked fine then I updated PHP to version 7.4 from 7.0 – as per the message from the waterwoo plugin. Everything else on the site works fine. (This is only a test site so nothing too worrying, but I am going to be pushing this to a site which has php 7.4 already enabled.)

A couple of months ago I tried to install the Plugin to add watermarks on the pdfs my customers can download from my shop. Since I’m in Germany I use Germanized to be on the safe side legally. But apparently those too plugins don’t work well with each other. My entire homepage stopped working and only after deactivating either Germanized or WaterMark PDF I could use the homepage again.
Maybe there have been changes now, but I currently don’t dare to install it on my proper page. Do you have any idea how to make it work if it hasn’t been fixed already?

I see the note about the default value of 260. Is this millimeters from the bottom of the page or some other measurement in millimeters?

My pdfs are varying sizes – some 8.5×11 and some 9×12. Ideally I’d like the watermark to appear a few spaces above the bottom of the page regardless of the page size. Is this possible?

I know you have a way to include only certain files. How about an option to exclude certain files?

First of all, fantastic plugin! Just getting ready to use it on my release version of my site, but am testing it first. The plugin is doing exactly what I want. But I noticed I now am getting a horizontal line at the top of my pdf’s. I’m sure I wasn’t getting that before version 3.1. Is it possible 3.1 did something that would give me the line? (I may have updated to wordpress 6.0 in the timeframe too – hard to remember.)

It doesn’t matter if I put the watermark at the top or the bottom of the page – the line is always at the top. If I disable the watermark, the line goes away.

I’m using WooCommerce 6.51 and WordPress 6.0.

Essentially I am trying to use your plugin to give a name and date to a downloaded certificate pdf upon purchase.

Can you tell me how to get the [date] onto a different line? Or tell me which file i need to edit?

one problem i find in the whatermark is that if my client use a pdf editor he can remove the watermark, because it is a selectable text, it would be nice do block that, or make it imagem like

when the pdf has a link on it and the customer downloads it, the pdf’s links are no longer clickable, but in the original version it is. hope it is fixed in the next update. thanks
