Notify store owner of abandoned before sending automatic Email to customer ?

Hello,

Is it possible with this plugin to notify store owner of abandoned/incomplete orders before sending an automatic Email to customer ?

And even if automatic Email is sent, can the store owner be notified at the same time ?

Is it possible to set this Plugin or woocommerce to change a payment pending status to failed after a certain period Of time? So that the abandoned cart plugin will activate?

I recently installed the WC Abandoned Cart/ Failed Payment Recovery plugin. I set up the Cancelled Payment email template however, upon cancellation of a buyer’s order, an email was not sent. It has been 9 hours since the buyer cancelled and still no email has been sent. The template shows Active and is set to sent after 15 minutes.
Am I missing a step somewhere?

Hi I have just installed this plugin as I really think the functionality is cool. However I run into a few issues….

(1) For the exit intent popup, after a user supplies the email address to get a coupon, no mail is actually sent. Any additional setup required.

(2) Also after the user request a coupon from the exit intent, the shopping cart is cleared. Is it intentional?

(3) I’ve tried to abandon a cart after putting my email address. The list shows such transaction but a mail is never sent. Again any additional set required?

whenever i create a new template is does not save. I’ve tried like 10 times now and nothing. I saw a couple people complain about the same problem and no fix. this plugin is pointless if this doesn’t work.

I have Woocommerce version 2.5.5 installed and working already.

I cannot create a Template in your plugin.

There is just the ‘Add New Template’ and ‘Cancel’ button at the bottom of the Add New Template page.

I can fill in the details, but clicking Add New Template at the bottom doesn’t save it

Hi,

In template tab, when I’m trying to save the template, the template is not saving. There is no error code. It simply goes back to template list, which is empty.
I’m using WordPress 4.4.2 and Woocommerce 2.5.2 and plugin version 1.2
