Hi,
Truly appreciate your plugin and your knowledge base page! I am new to this, however, I have to two campaign products listed on my site. And for both of them, whenever the user selects the “Donate” button, the button redirects them to the site’s “Home” page and not to the “Checkout” page. May you please provide some suggestions of how to redirect the donations requests to the Checkout page? Any information will be greatly appreciated.
Possible some helpful info:
General Donation Page: https://thereministriesintl.org/?product=https-thereministriesintl-org-page_id1581postid1585
Campaign Page 1: https://thereministriesintl.org/?product=christmasgiving
Expected Checkout page: https://thereministriesintl.org/?page_id=1581?postid=1585
Thank you for this robust plugin! I have been searching for days and hope this one will be the one.
My goal is to create and item with a portion of the cost being a donation for a fundraiser. For example, $5 of your $20 purchase will support this charitable organization.
Is this possible with this plugin? I searched the knowledge base and this forum and the closest I could find was to create Linked Products (upsells/cross sells) but that didn’t work.
Any ideas?
Thank you!
]]>Hello,
Im using woocommerce and your donation plugin both, after go to my shop and trying to “Add to Cart,” it doesn’t work and instead redirects to the single product page. However, if I disable the plugin, the “Add to Cart” button works as expected, using AJAX functionality, like the default WooCommerce behavior.
How can I enable smooth “Add to Cart” functionality while using both the donation platform and the webshop simultaneously?
I checked the option to [disable wording changes to run the donation platform and webshop simultaneously], but it didn’t solve the issue.
Thank you.
]]>Hi Jonas!

Hello there ??
In the woocommerce subscription plugin :
WooCommerce -> Settings -> Subscriptions
There are option to allow the user to switch between products/variables so he can change the amount of the subscription.
But, mixed with your (great) donation plugin can this work ?
I have an a regular basis some donators that want to “simply” be able to update their amount of donation.
Is that possible ?
Thank you ??
Laurent
]]>“I have installed your plugin, and everything appears to be working correctly. However, I noticed that in the WooCommerce dashboard, the ‘Orders’ menu has been replaced by a ‘Donation’ menu. Additionally, when I go to checkout without adding a donation for a single product, the checkout page still shows ‘Your donation, Checkout page design broken ‘ and after completing the payment, it displays ‘Thank you for your donation.’
My issue is that if no donation is selected for a single product, why is donation information still appearing at checkout, single page and why design broken? Also, why has the default WooCommerce ‘Orders’ menu been replaced by ‘Donation’?”

Is there a way to link each projet listed on the overview page (image, title, learn more) to a specific blog page (/post/) instead of /projects/ ? Manually changing files by FTP? Thank you
]]>Hi there,
(1st) I’m customizing my site’s product and single product pages and would like to use shortcodes like the progress shortcode independently, without the default WooCommerce price display (currently working automatically with it). (2nd) And Is it possible to add a custom form or shortcode on the single product page? Specifically, I want to create a single page similar to this design: [https://html.laralink.com/ecozone/campaign-details.html].
Also, am I permitted to use the demo designs from your demo page on my site for free?
Thanks!
]]>Working on a site where we are using the donation module alongside Blocksy theme, we are seeing that when we have the module installed and active the add to cart button on Blocksy shop archive pages doesn’t have the url parameters that allow the button to work. When we disable the donation module then the archive page works correctly. Is there something we can do to get around this?
]]>Is the file “wcdp_form_style_5.php” the correct one to insert the code in the Advanced documentation? I am trying to add the donation frequency option in the form.
]]>Ok total newbie here. I do appreciate all the documentation to get me started.
I followed the Woocommerce product setup and everything looks good. But still need a little more guidance. How do I get the users to the donation product page to start a donation and charge their credit card? Do I just use the actual product page as the “donation” start page?
Secondly, I have the shortcode for the demo style – [wcdp_donation_form id=”123″ style-“3”]. How/where do I insert that to apply to the checkout demo style?
Lastly, the checkbox to have the user cover fees for the transaction isn’t showing up, although it was saved in the Donation tab settings. Any leads?
Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

]]>Hi, thanks for the awesome plugin. I’m running into an issue where my client is processing offline donations through WooCommerce and your plugin, but it seems like the offline donations are not updating the progress bar on the site. I looked through this page: https://www.wc-donation.com/documentation/advanced/adding-an-offline-donation-to-woocommerce/
But it doesn’t offer any help with this particular use case. Any guidance?

]]>Hello Dear Support Team,
Is there a way to somehow extract and display the amount of the missing donation? So the difference between the amount already paid and the target amount?
https://negylabudoktorok.dev.peterteszary.com/product/kennelsor-kialakitasa/
Also, is there a way to display the progress bar several times on a page, like here:
https://negylabudoktorok.dev.peterteszary.com/
Because currently the progress bar only appears on the card of 1 post. However, based on the shortcode and the query, it should also appear on the two next to it.
Thank you for your helpI
There is an error “Currently you can not donate to this project”, it seems to be coming out to those who have already subscribed. Is it possible to make sure that this mistake does not happen and donors can donate as many times as they want?

Hi guys,
Does anyone know if there is a way to include custom fields after choosing the donation frequency, rather than having them in the check-out? We’re experiencing conflicts with having the custom fields in check-out…
This is our design: https://launchpadreading.org.uk/donate/
Thanks in advance

]]>Hi,
In the context of crowdlending I’m looking for a feature that can send a certificate or “proof of loan” PDF, per donation amount increment. A single increment represents a single loan of a fixed amount of say EU 100. So a user loaning/donating EU 300 should get 3 PDF’s; or a single PDF with three pages (either is fine), with every page having a unique certificate ID.
Do you know if this is possible with this plugin? Or with this plugin in combination with another one?
Thanks and regards!
]]>Hi Support Team,
I recently switched from the WooCommerce Donation Plugin to your plugin because I found it more appealing. However, I’m experiencing an issue: while donations are being successfully deducted from donors’ bank accounts, our system is showing an error for each transaction.
Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue? I want to ensure everything runs smoothly for our donors.
Thank you for your assistance!

]]>Hi I am facing an issue after installing your plugin on the form fields its showing the data of last doner. why it is behaving like that please help me
]]>Hi thanks again for your amazing work on this plugin! Is it possible to show the target and donations so far without the cents field? Having the extra zeros on the end makes the target look bigger than it is so it would be great to have for example target: 2000 instead of 2000.00 . If there is a code solution I could try that. thanks very much!
]]>I am currently using your plugin for managing donations on my WordPress site, and I have a question regarding its integration with the Flexible Custom Fields plugin.
I would like to implement a logic where, if a donation amount is 100 or more, it becomes mandatory for users to provide their first and last name. If the donation amount is less than 100, this information or any information should not be required.
Could you please advise me on how to achieve this functionality? Is there a specific way to set this up within your plugin or any hooks I should consider?
I’ve already contact the Flexible Custom Fields support plugin too but nothing yet.
Best regards,
]]>Hi, thanks very much for this plugin. I would like when a user clicks the donate button that it works like an add to cart button like other regular products so the user is not redirected to the cart when they click donate, instead they stay on the same page but the item is added to cart. is it possible? (I can code) thank you!
