Having an issue creating shipping label with this plugin. When I go to create label, it says “request was well informed, but no completed due to semantics.” Any idea on what this might mean or how to correct?
]]>Hi,
Could you please answer following questions:
1. Does this plugin work well for two UK carriers (Royal Mail and DPD UK)?
2. Which is the official website https://1teamsoftware.com/ or https://www.easypost.com/ to reach for support? The link to https://1teamsoftware.com/ appears to be broken.
3. Plugin compatability with the latest and upcoming WordPress versions?
Thanks
Shaz
We are using the EsyPost plugin for WooCommerce. Customers who order a Fruit & Veggie Farm Box small (one-time) to be shipped to Jenks, OH 74037 are being asked to pay $26.02 for USPS Priority shipping. If the same information about shipping weight (167 oz) and dimensions (12x12x6) are entered into EasyPost, the shipping rate is actually $17.79 for USPS Priority. Why is there such a big discrepancy? EasyPost directed me to WooCommerce to answer this question.
]]>Hello,
I created a dropshipping store(Australia Based) in WooCommerce but unfortunately our supplier have not any perfect method for WooCommerce to integrate shipping charges.
I need a plugin which helps us to calculate/match with shipping charges of our suppliers rates.
Supplier Currier partners are:
Aramex, Hunt Express, Toll, Australia post, Allied.
Note: We only need live shipping charges not Currier services.
Thank you
Kind Regards.
I recently added a product that can be shipped in an envelope for 55 cent stamp, or 1.55 international. I’m wondering if theres an option to factor this into the api rates or if not, what would be a reccomended approach? So that if only this one item is ordered shipping rate would be accurate, or if they ordered along with normal items that use usps package service it would charge the regular rates.
I am a small crafting bussuiness so I am using mostly free plug ins. USPS is the only carrier I am using. TIA

]]>Hi,
We are switching a store to Woocommerce and the client refuses to enter product dimensions (2,000+). They are currently shipping by weight. Is it possible with this plugin to get live rates based on weight?
Thanks!

Hi,
I currently use ShippingEasy.com to import and print labels for my orders. I do not use EasyPost. I currently use a USPS plugin to calculate shipping prices for the customers. But now I would like to add a UPS option since USPS is a mess right now. Instead of using two plugins to calculate shipping prices I thought this one my kill two birds with one stone. Would this do the job of calculating rates for customers at checkout if I do not have an account with EasyPost?
I really need a plugin that is certified to DHL..
