]]>i want to set up some upsells for a multilingual website – english and chinese.
i’m using wpml for the translation. when translating, wpml creates a duplicate of a product which means, there are 2 versions – 1 for english and 1 for chinese.
how do i set up the upsell so the product’s chinese version appears on the translated cart page only?
from what i’m seeing in the product selector dropdown, j cart recognises both versions of the product as separate products.

Non so se è dovuto a questo errore, ma se creo due upsells, nel carrello modal viene mostrato sempre uno solo dei due upsells.
When selecting a product for a new upsell, I am not able to access all my products. I scroll thru all “pulled in” but there are a number of products not included in the list when I get all the way to the bottom. Is there a way to increase the number of products pulled in? I do have a good number of variable products in my store.

I use JCART upsell since 2 years already. But for some reason I cannot understand, today I tried to add an upsell then suddenly the widget disappeared on the Checkout page (it was there before I added the new upsell product).
Would you please solve this issue and explain me why ? I tried to remove the new added upsell, deactivate/activate the plugin, update the plugin (premium), but nothing work.

After updating to 3.6.0, the currency based on location in the cart upsell section stopped working.
It’s currently only showing the default product price, no matter the region. When adding a product from the upsell section to the cart, the correct price is displayed.
The site is running on WP 6.4.2, WooCommerce 8.3 (updated to 8.4, but the issue remained) and WooCommerce Price Based on Country 3.4.2. Cache has been cleared and site has been tested in multiple environments, with and without VPN.
Is there a setting I’m overlooking, or a way to fix this?

I’ve linked my website, I’m trying to track conversions & events on my website using Everflow.
My issue is with tracking the Add-To-Cart event. J Cart has blocked the standard Woocommerce events like “Woocommerce_add_to_cart” and the Ajax equivalent and instead uses woocommerce_add_to_cart_fragments and update_order_review which isn’t directly accessible.
I managed to add a filter to woocommerce_add_to_cart_fragments but it only works like 20% of the time. Completely unreliable in tracking Add To Carts on my website. I pass a user identification data like clickID and all that jazz and that’s why I need to hook it to an event instead of sending a postback on every button click.
I like the plugin a lot but it’s messing with my tracking big time.
Is there anything we can do?

Hi! I have this issue.
When the J cart plugin is on, visitors of the product page (mobile version) usually slide using their thumbs while at the same time pressing the add to cart button, activating unintentionally the add to cart event . This is not desirable for measuring buying intent (because they only want to read more about the product description and not want to add the product to cart at all).

However, when the plugin is off, the add to cart event doesnt get activated when visitor slide and press the button at the same time. Could this behaviour be fixed?

I am selling umbrella’s and I want people to be able to add a umbrella case to the cart, is it possible to do this in cart? The case is not an official product because I don’t want them to buy it separate. I just want it as an option in the cart like this person does here with ‘Express Shipping’
So they can toggle to add a protection case yes or no. Preferably even count how many umbrella’s are in the cart and then toggle the cases for all.
So like 3 umbrella’s in the cart so if they toggle on that they want a protection case it goes 2.95 * 3.

This however does not show in the J cart, but it does show in the normal cart when I turn the plugin off. Is it possible to turn this on for J cart aswell?
