hi, i realise this plugin is probably dead in the water, but any chance it can declare HPOS compatibility or not?
]]>Hi,
Your plugin uses a Woocommerce function that is deprecated since version 4.4.0. and it is generates a log notice.
[30-Aug-2021 15:07:24 UTC] The WC_Abstract_Legacy_Order::get_product_from_item function is deprecated since version 4.4.0. Replace with $item->get_product().

We’re having huge problems with this plugin and our developers can’t unpick it.
It’s fantastic and it works so well. BUT it stops all the other filters on the website from working.
Is there a fix and solution to this?
]]>Hi,
Order search results are mixed by date and I cannot filter them properly. Column orderby Date, ID doesn’t work. Disabling the plugin orderby works as it should.
Other things like setup and search works perfectly with latest version of WP/WOO:)
Best regards,
Arturas
This plugin shows that it hasn’t been updated in 9 months – Version: 1.13.2 – and has only been tested up to WP v5.5.5.
I’m considering installing this on a client’s site currently running WP v5.7.2.
Will WooCommerce Order Search Admin be updated soon?
Thank you.
]]>How do I limit the index to the 10,000 most recent orders?
I do not wish to expand the index beyond the free limit.
]]>How can I add a search form to a widget on the WordPress admin dashboard?
Right now the only place I can search is from the orders screen.
]]>I’m having trouble when trying to change the number of items per page under Screen Options on the Orders screen. When I set it to higher than 25 the results shown are no longer accurate, and the pagination navigation buttons disappear.
In Algolia I have the default pagination option of 10 set, but changing this didn’t have any visible effect on the Orders page.
Any idea where I might be going wrong? Thanks so much!
]]>I got this error : WooCommerce Orders Search Admin: An error occurred while fetching results from Algolia.
If you are offline, this is expected. If you are online, you might want to take a look at your configured Algolia credentials.
when i click save on the settings page, the error gone then happen again after 1 day or 2 days
]]>Hi support team,
I have setup a custom field called “blackhawk_giftcard_activation_number” and need to search and find by the numbers saved.
Does your plugin also search & find specific custom field “blackhawk_giftcard_activation_number”?
And how would I be able to include this specific field into your search results?
I am looking forward to your helping informations.
Best regards,
Alex
Problem with plugin is that order pages like page 110 in woocommerce are not showing anymore. once i deactivate this plugin i can see them again. I can open the page but no orders are showing when this plugin is active
]]>Can it Search Order Notes content ?
many thanks
]]>Please advise if you accept some customization projects for your plugin? We need two more fields to be added to the order search and it should show results from 10-20 websites.
Thank you
]]>Can you add a section to limit the indexing? Right under “Orders to index per batch” simply add “Limit index to”.
I have a store with 92,000 orders, but my Agolia plan has a limit of 50,000 “records”. I don’t want to pay $1,200 for the higher plan and I would not mind limiting to the last 50,000 orders.
FYI, I’m only using 1,000 out of the 250,000 limit for “Operations”.
]]>Is there a way to configure the number of results in the dropdown? I would love to see 20 results at least, with a scroll bar to view those that don’t fit on the screen.
Pressing enter is ridiculously slow, so that’s not an option.
]]>When the Order Search Admin plugin is activated, I can not view past page 10 of my orders (100 per page). Essentially, only the most recent 1,000 orders exist in the Orders view, so the filter by month tool also shows no results if looking at previous months.
Here’s a screencast of the behavior before and after activating the plugin: https://d.pr/v/wFitiB
In this video, only WooCommerce and the Order Search Admin plugin are activated.
I also noticed that changing the pagination is sometimes ineffective. Meaning, it always shows 100 orders per page, even if I change it to 10, or 999. But this behavior is sporadic.
]]>Hello, I want to update my Woocommerce to 4.3.1, but the system says it is an unknown compatibility with its plugin. Is that so? is it safe to update Woocommerce?
]]>Hi,
Your plugin looks helpful. What about search products in the admin? Will it, or could it be possible to search orders also?
Thank you
We have a custom checkout field which would like to include in the index and search. There seems to be a lot of documentation out there but all the plugins seem to be outdated.
]]>Hello, thanks for your great plugin ??
i have a problem with search result, i get only 10 orders searching by product sku, how i can get all the orders containing that product?
thanks!
]]>Hi! The plugin is almost perfect! It would be awesome if the results could be opened in a new tab, so you don’t need to go back to the order screen after editing the order. There is a thread about this in the forum but I just don’t understand how to apply the custom code, I’m not a developer and it’s closed so I couldn’t post on it. Thank you so much!
]]>Hi, is there anyway we can apply this in front end. I might have a customers that have a lot of orders and i want to add a search feature in my-account page.
Do you think this is possible?
Thanks
]]>Hello!
I noticed that new orders on WC that are 0-6 hours old (approximately) are not searcheable by Algolia so we always have to use backend search for new orders.
I went to Algolia dashboard to see if there’s any settings for sync intervals but I couldn’t find one.
This happens to both of our websites that use Algolia.
Aren’t the orders supposed to be synced instantly? Is there a way to fix this behavior?
Thank you!
Mike

]]>As far as I can tell, it is only failing to index orders in pending-payment status. This would be less bad if it didn’t also prevent those orders from showing up in the basic search (non-ajax) – or do those results come from algolia as well?
]]>Hi. I just downloaded and installed/setup your plugin. It looks AWESOME, but I quickly noticed that the Screen Option “Number of items per page” is ignored and set to 10. How can I change this? I export my orders, so I like to see at least 100 so I can select and export all at once.
Next, the search doesn’t seem to get all of the items I’m searching for. I get a list of 10 matching orders (no additional pages), but I know of several others. Is there a date range or other filter that may be blocking this?
When I simply try to filter by orders that have not been exported, there appear to be 34 (in parenthesis next to filter), but I’m given a page that says there are 3,187 items–and when I go to page 2, 3, etc, I see there are actually only 21 listed.
]]>Hey! Do you think it’s possible to use the plugin on the front-end My Account > Orders section of WooCommerce for logged-in users?
Of course, I assume some tweaking might be required.
TIA,
d.
I hacked the code so that when you click on the suggestion it opens in a new page:
Line 42 of assets/js/orders-autocomplete.js
(which I copied to the .min file after
line 42 I commented out the normal linking:
// window.location.href = “post.php?post=” + suggestion.objectID + “&action=edit”;
Then added these to make it open in a new window/tab
window.open(
“post.php?post=” + suggestion.objectID + “&action=edit”,
‘_blank’ // <- This is what makes it open in a new window.
);
Wondering if there could a setting to be able to open in a new window, which is often needed when editing orders.
]]>When this plugin is activated the standard ‘filter by registered customer’ search box doesn’t work.
It displays matching email addresses fine, but when you select the address and click ‘filter’ to load the results it loads a page with no results.
Everything else is working just great though!
