Whenever I input the suggested shortcodes ( [wc_ps], [product_subtitle], [wc_ps I’d=”23″], [wc_ps tag=”span”] onto my single product page, the subtitle does not show. The subtitle does show on the shop page, just not the single product page. I am using the theme, “Just Write”, how do I fix this?

Was just wondering if this great plugin of yours is still being maintained? I can see that it appears to not be compatible with the new HPOS system. If you are still maintaining it, do you then reckon you’ll make it compatible at some point in the near future? I’d contribute to the development of this if only I had the skills! ??

Hello, you want to show the subtitle on the checkout page, but I can’t get it to display, what code should I use or configure?

I’m attempting to bring one of my clients forward onto PHP 8+ but running into an error with the WooCommerce Product Subtitle plugin.

The report for this file: /plugins/wc-product-subtitle/vendor/wponion/wponion/core/wp/pointers/class-pointer.php says “Since PHP 7.0, functions inspecting arguments, like func_get_args(), no longer report the original value as passed to a parameter, but will instead provide the current value. The parameter “$next” was changed on line 220.”

I hate to launch PHP 8 until you guys have seen and perhaps addressed this issue. Consider this your heads up.

Hi i would like to ask you i turn on subtitle on Shop Page.

Position: Product Title
Placement: After
Link To Product: Yes
Element Tag: <small>

but subtitle show first and than is title. On product page it is working corectlly but on Shop page always it is showing on top and than is title. I also try placement: Before but it is not working. I change also Position but it is always on top.

any advice ?

I’ve been using this plugin for years with the class editor but now one of my sites started using the Gutenberg editor.

I can’t seem to find the product subtitle field to enter the subtitle on the gutenberg product editor.

Is this plugin compatible with Gutenberg editor?

What do I need to do to get this to show up? I saved all the settings, and then I have the shortcode. I pasted the shortcode into my page, and nothing shows up. Just the shortcode itself displays, and it does not display the product subtitle anywhere on my site.

As everyone else has said, it displays the subtitle above the image, no support.

Everything is enabled on the plugin settings and nothing is showing on the avada template under any of the carousels or the products on the Shop page…?

Any ideas how to get it displaying on all product pages?

hi, thanks for great plugin, BUT, why on front end loads select2.min.css? and others CSS and JS files? For why? Can you make option in admin part not to load ANY aditionasl CSS, fonts and scripts? I just need subtitle, not aditional scripts.

We’d like to replace the product title on the archive page with the subtitle. Reason being that the customer uses a short title, usually 2 words and then the full title on the single product.

So is it possible to edit the archive template to do this?

A strange thing happens when activating the plugin: the product thumbnails are shown smaller in the shop page (only in the translated version).
Any ideas on how to solve this issue?
