I am trying this plugin and have installed and activated it. I have enable purchase orders in my user profile. I have also enabled Purchase Orders Gateway in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Payments. Still isn’t offered as a payment option on the checkout page.

Unfortunately this plugin does not seem to work on a vanilla WP and Woo install. The payment method does not show on the front end when activated and turned on.
