Hi there,
Is there a way I can set a default shipping name / description for the order emails and thank you page?
At the moment I have order shipping split into packages based on their shipping classes, which is great.
In the cart and checkout it looks perfect.
All shipping class packages will be shipped via NZ Post Courier, but dependin on the items they may have different costs.
Unfortunately this means that in the thank you page and order emails the shipping description shows the combined price and ‘NZ Post Courier’ over and over again.
So for example if five differnt shipping clases are used in the order for shipping, the shipping section in the emails reads:
“via NZ Post Courier, NZ Post Courier, NZ Post Courier, NZ Post Courier, NZ Post Courier”
Is it possible to either reduce this to a single “via NZ Post Courier”, or have the seperate shipping options displayed as it is in the cart and checkout?
Thank you for you help!
]]>Hello!
I have installed your plugin and it’s working great so far, however in settings in the Shipping Restrictions for Shipping Classes table it only shows the classes that existed when I first downloaded and activated the plugin. I have added some new ones since then and they never show up. What can I do to get the current list of shipping classes?
]]>Hi there. I found your plugin verry usefull to split shippings by shipping classes. But how to procede with the packing slips? Is there a compatible packing slip plugin that generates multiple packing slips based on the separated packages? I have products coming from different suppliers and therefore need different packing slips but I don’t want to split the order nor the invoice and also don’t need a marketplace plugin, I’d like to just have multiple packing slips as PDFs for all packages. Can you recommend a solution for this?
Thanks in advance.
Best, Fletsch
WholesaleX support replied to be with an conflict i was having on the checkout page. can you please address this?
Hi there,
This is Tonmoy from WPXPO. Recently one of our users faced a compatibility issue with your “Shipping Packages for WooCommerce” Plugin. After investigating the issue we found out that there is a problem in the “wc-shipping-packages/includes/ShippingPackages.php” file on line 694. You are performing a multiplication operation ($product->get_price() * $cartItem[‘quantity’]) that caused a fatal error. This is because the get_price function of the product object returns a string, and you cannot multiply a string with an integer. This conflicts with our WholesaleX plugin. We kindly request you to convert the price to float before performing multiplication, so that it always multiplies a float with an integer. This will also solve the conflict issue with our plugin. This is the actual code:?https://prnt.sc/Y5pf9BAW7cEK?and this is our expected code:?https://prnt.sc/6jvIe28pYRVO?. Do let me know if you need further details.
Hello!
We are testing your plugin because we sell 10,000 products from 219 different vendors, and each one has a different shipping carrier.
When we enable the plugin for testing, the cart duplicates cart messages from the Booster for Woocommerce plugin:
We also use Fluid Checkout Pro so our cart looks different than stock.
I think it might be more understandable for customers if there was a clear heading above each shipping section that shows “Shipping Rates for these products” for example…? Right now there’s nothing explaining why they are broken apart into 2 sections.
]]>You have mentioned in the plugin description that it is compatible with wcmp?
But is this also compatible with multivendorx?
]]>Hi,
Perhaps we don’t understand how the plugin works, but after enabling it we set it up like this:
And once enabled, every single product on our website has no shipping method available:
]]>Hi Team, we want to use MultiVendorX (https://it.www.ads-software.com/plugins/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/) for our site.
We need to know whether you support MultiVendorX ? Because this plugin has all the feature that needs in a site.
]]>Hi,
Can you please tell me how to set First product category ?
I want to use group by First Category in settings, but I can’t realize how to make category first. I need MERCH category first, but on some products it’s last: https://ibb.co/7y6X1gF I don’t know why…
God knows I’ve already tried, I even deleted categories and products…but I can’t find a way to move MERCH category in first place.
Thank you!
UPD. Oops doesn’t this is just an alphabetical order?!??
]]>I have a shipping class for a product that doesn’t have free shipping method (configured through you plugin settings),
but if I add that product to cart the sidepanel panel shows wrongly free shipping method beeing applied
but if I go to the cart page the correct shipping class is picked up (no free shipping)
Is there a hook I can use to attach the logic currently used on the cart page also on the sidecart panel?

]]>Hi, is is possible to automatically split on two different orders if a specific product is in cart ? thanks a lot
]]>Hi,
I really your plugin! I have just a small ask. Could you please hide html in product titles? I use html to make title design better and woocommerce always hides it. But I noticed it’s visible in your plugin: https://ibb.co/yS1Vxr7
Thank you for the great plugin!
]]>Hi there,
I am building a site still in development though, at checkout page, the sipping rates for the different classes are duplicated although it doesn’t increase the shipping total, it just duplicates the rates displayed. i.e. Shipping 1 is shown with the price, shipping 2 is shown with the price then it repeats shipping 1 and so on.
How can this be resolved since it can be misleading to customers
]]>Is it possible to change the names of “SHIPPING 1” “SHIPPING 2” to the actual shipping class names that products are grouped by?
]]>Hello,
We were having some limitations with Multi-Carrier ShipStation Shipping Rates, and were advised to install the official Shipstation plug in to maintain order export to our SS dashboard.
We also use Woocommerce Shipping Packages for additional shipping rules.
Can both plug ins be used / work together to maintain our work / shipping flow and associated general and individual product level shipping rules?
Thank you for your time
]]>Hi,
In Shipping Restrictions for Shipping Classes I can only choose from Flat Rate, Free Shipping and Local Pickup. But I have several methods that use flat rate. Usually, shipping instances is how you target one method among several. How can I hide all but one flat rate method from a package?
]]>Hello – I need to check and see if your plugin does what I am looking for.
I have a Worpress website setup using woocommerce
I just want to be clear on what I am looking for….I need a plugin that will work with different vendors who may or may not use the same shipping methods.
I am looking for a shipping module that will take care of this problem – Not an online shop or anything like that.
For example – I have 2 vendors in different places who have 2 different UPS accounts – I need to be able to calculate shipping from both of them.
Can your plugin do this?
We are splitting by Shipping Class and Post Meta: _stock_status. When we split the cart, the shipping class appears for each item just fine, but when it splits the cart using the Post Meta: _stock_status, it returns the text on the cart page as lowercase; instock, onbackorder, etc. I have tried many things to change this string, but cannot. I want it to read like “On Backorder” instead of “onbackorder”. Is it possible to change this?

]]>HI there, we’ve used this plugin on a few sites and we love it. We’ve also purchased some of your premium plugins, but since our questions are about this one specifically we thought we’d ask here.
1. Is there a way to show the subtotal for all shipping costs before the order total? We are having customers get confused, even though the total is correct in the order.
2. Is there a filter or hook (or some other update-safe method) we can use to modify the string that contains the package contents for each package? We’re looking to break the contents out into a list, and this would help us add the markup to make things a little bit clearer to the customer.
]]>Today my normal deliveries without a delivery class work perfectly and the delivery time for each shipping method appears. However, when an item with delivery class comes in and I use the plugin, it does not show the delivery time in days for that modality at checkout.

hello i need to create my own name package not “shipping 2”
how i can do it ?

Hi,
I have the shipping package installed on my site and am interested to use the package orders plugin to split orders into suborders by vendors. But seems like the shipping package plugin doesn’t work with WCFM store distance shipping. Shipping method for each package(vendor) doesn’t show up when I turn on the WCFM store shipping. Did I configure the plugin setting incorrectly or is the plugin simply not compatible with WCFM distance shipping?
Thanks.
]]>Hi! Thanks for your plugin that seems to work good.
However, i met an issue with shipping method cart cache.
In fact, i need to unset a shipping method if a Specific produt (call it “Product A”) is in my cart.
This shipping method is available for Product B only if Product A is in the cart.
That working good.
However, with the multiple package plugin enabled, if i have my two products in my cart (cart page), and i remove Product A from the cart, the shipping method still available for product B.
I need to change quantity of the product B and update to see the shipping method disepaer as i want.
Is there a way to fix it ? Or giving me some help to understand how i can override this shipping method cache or something ?
Thanks a lot,
]]>Hello,
