I added items to the cart, went to the checkout page, and added a shipping address. The address is correct, but the API is reporting the following:
“No shipping options are available for this address. Please verify the address is correct or try a different address.”
No matter the shipping address entered, the API never recognizes is.

]]>I purchased this plugin a few years ago but stopped using it because Shippo kept on charging my client International Address Validation charges even though the online store only services to Canada, her home country.
I hope there’s a way to disable address validation for certain countries so that we would stop getting $20+ extra charges each month.
Or better yet a way from preventing the International Address Validation charges from being abused.

We’ve been in contact with Shippo and got this advice from Shippo: “Yes, please advise your web developers that you will still be charged for the validated addresses unless they bypass the validation process by setting “bypass_address_validation”: true in the shipment extras.”

Our client would like to have a flat rate shipping fee of $50 when only a Stall Converter is present in the cart; however when a other products are present as well, he would like to add the $50 to each pre-existing shipping option. If plugin has suddently stopped returning shipping rates then you will have to email to [email protected] to re-activate your account.”
Troubleshooting Tips
If you do not see shipping rates in the cart or have issues creating shipping labels then:
Save settings and look at the top for any possible validation errors displayed in the red container above
Enable Validate Products and save the settings, then check for validation errors
Enable Debug Mode, uncheck Use Cache and perform operation at question, then look for error messages in the cart and generated log file
Verify that all API/Token keys you have used are correct and active
Verify that all products have dimensions and weight set
To see rates in the cart make sure that Live Shipping Rates feature of the plugin is enabled
Try unchecking Signature Service and Include Insurance
If you've enabled Shipping Zones feature of the plugin then make sure to add plugin to the relevant Shipping Zones
Disable other shipping plugins and observe if it will make any difference
If after all that issue still persists, then send us screenshots of the issue along with the contents of the generated log file, when debug was enabled, and we will help you to resolve the issue.

I would like that for each vendor, the shipping cost can be configured according to the weight of the products. Where can we configure the table rate for each carrier ?
Is it absolutely required to give the dimensions of the products and use delivery boxes ? I don’t need this part of the plugin.
Each vendor can print the invoice and the shipping label with its name on ? (Not the name of the admin).

]]>Companies like ours fulfill orders in multiple boxes. And carriers support multiple boxes in a single shipment (a consignment) with a single consignment cost.
I found a solution in your FAQ as to: purchase a label for the first box, then purchase a label for the second box. Obviously I’m missing something here, because I know you wouldn’t have me purchase 2 labels (2 consignments) for one shipment.
Instead, I need to configure a single label “purchase” with multiple packages (of course the carrier will generate multiple labels when I purchase and print. For example marked as: 1 of 3, 2 of 3, and 3 of 3). How do I enter this second package when creating my label with Shippo?

]]>I have installed the free version and see the settings for label sizes to generate, but I don’t see any option to actually generate a label on the order page. Is this not something the free plugin can actually do? All I want is to be able to generate the label and print from the order screen using my Shippo account, I have previously setup the real-time rates with other plugins to get postage cost at checkout, I don’t think that would interfere with just wanting to generate a label?

I’m having an issue with a client’s website. I have added the live and test keys for the Shippo account on plugin settings; but when I save the changes, an error comes up saying that some products don’t have weight, height or length set up. I have set up some random length, weight, height etc for a specific product to see if the plugin actually works, but this message appears on checkout when I try to make a dummy order with this specific product: There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.
Additionally, sometimes a critical error appears on the website because of this plugin. Sometimes I have to deactivate it in order for this issue to disappear, then reactivate it again.
I have deactivated all third party shipping plugins, and the only plugins left are Woodmart Core, WP Bakery, Really Simple SSL, Woocommerce, Stripe for Woocommerce, Insert Footers and HEaders and your plugin.
Does it have to do with my Shippo account being a new account? I saw in the Plugin settings a notice that said “Please note that new Shippo accounts require manual verification.

]]>We dont want the customer to see shipping prices for each of the 4 boxes their order is placed into. We just need to pack the ordered item in a few different boxes since that’s how they are packed and cannot be put together in one jumbo box.
For instance, if we sell a fishing pole and a tire as a set (one item group), we’d have to box the pole in box 1 and the tire in box 2 and provide one complete shipping charge.
We’d like the customer to 1 rate (of the combined boxes) for UPS Ground, and other rates for different classes of delivery service (3 day, 2nd day air, or overnight) An order for 1 item would then have shipping labels made of box 1 of 4, box 2 of 4, box 3 of 4 & box 4 of 4, all shipping with UPS (or Fed Ex)
]]>We’re looking to ship our variable physical products by UPS or Fed Ex, in which 1 (variable) item ships in 4 different boxes and another variable item is packed in 5 boxes. Each box of the 4 or 5, is less than UPS maximum size (& weight), but together, all 4/5 boxes exceed the UPS size limits. (combined Weight is 130lbs -under 150lbs maximum). However, if they order 2 of the same item, then the combined weight would exceed UPS maximum weight of 150lbs, even though each individual box is averages 30 lbs). We would need to also display the total shipping cost of fed Ex or UPS (or both options) in the cart, using our negotiated discount rates with UPS/Fed Ex and also offer a flat rate fee for local delivery and free pickup option

We wanted to report a problem with customers who place multiple orders being charged for additional shipping. When someone is placing an order for two masks, the weight of two boxes are calculated which increases the shipping costs for my customers. That is something we do not want to happen.
Please combine both masks into a single packaging so that my customer only has to pay for the weight of one box.
We hope that you will be doing the needful from the next order.
