Everything seems to be working except that for some reason when Local Pickup is active, I can’t choose the first shipping option (whatever it may be), it just goes back to Local Pickup after loading. I can select other shipping options though.
For example, if I have:
Local Pickup
Purolator Ground
Purolator Express
And I try to pick Purolator Ground, it will load and then check off Local Pickup again. But if I select Purolator Express, it stays selected
If I shut off Local Pickup, everything works fine
Hi
We have free shipping on our site for orders above $150.
It works fine normally, when order total is below $150, it shows shipping options from ShipStation, otherwise it shows free shipping.
However, when the order total is $150, and we apply a coupon code, for example, a 15% discount code, the order total now becomes $136.43, and NO SHIPPING OPTION shows up. It also doesn’t let you finish the order, because we haven’t selected any shipping method.
Here’s a link to error and screenshot of order totals
]]>So it looks like the plugin is showing only the options toggled on in the “ShipStation Carriers” section. Does it not pull the options included in “Your Carrier Accounts”?
]]>Hi,
The only way to add things into the cart is registering an account, this is just if someone wants to try.
But my question is, how to get rid of all the shipping options, they are +10 and I would like to have only one, if it’s possible a $20 option would be nice, how we can do this?
]]>I’m trying to debug an issue. I search the log for orders placed that day, and some orders show up, but not all. Do the logs have a text maximum or order maximum that is keeping all orders from showing up?
]]>The wrong ups rates are showing on my store?https://aheri.co/shop/, they should be domestic (US), but the rates have the outland prices even if the delivery address is within the US. Can you please advise what to do?
]]>Hi there. We have 4 products on our website (3 with 3 color varations).
We’ve had a few customers over the last couple of months run into an issue with the ShipStation plugin and an error:
Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘statusText’)
We contacted ShipStation and the devs for this plugin in the past, and both indicate there’s an issue with “Shipping Dimensions”, however, our dimensions are set correctly, and this issue is not happening to every customer (which one would assume would be the case if this was an error with inputting dimensions).
There are also no errors to help us track this down in our WooCommerce error logs.
Is it possible to have someone look at this more in depth? We would like to continue to have live shipping rates on our website, but are losing customers as this error prevents them from checking out.
Thank you kindly. Please let me know if there’s any information or documentation I can send over to help track this issue down and resolve it.
]]>This issue seems to be exclusive to variable subscriptions (probably product too). The checkout page will eventually load after 2-3mins of waiting. If I disable your plugin it loads in 1-3 seconds.
I have a feeling something weird is happening in the background, like an attempt to calculate rates for EVERY variation. Whatever it is, it doesn’t seem to happen with simple products or simple subscriptions.
I can get you setup on staging, send screen recordings or whatever else might be helpful for you to replicate and fix this bug.

Hi
I’m getting issue to display live shipping rate. some time is stooped showing live shipping rate,
Showing message:- There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.
To reset it I have to update new API key every day.
I’m selling a box of items and I know the shipping rates for different regions. When I have Multi-Carrier ShipStation Shipping PRO for WooCommerce calculate the shipping cost, it provides an incorrect result for UPS Ground. Shipping to my own region should come out to be $7.66 but it quotes the customer as $13.11.
Additionally I have these issues:
Hello, does this plugin include an option that allows customers to choose to use their own shipping account and number?
If not, we would want to use this plugin (https://ignitewoo.com/woocommerce-extensions-plugins-themes/woocommerce-use-my-shipper/) to allow customers to do so. Would this plugin be compatible?
Thank you.
]]>Hello,
We recently installed Multi-Carrier ShipStation Shipping Rates for WooCommerce.
For USPS displayed shipping methods, is the plug in pulling rates specifically from our Shipstaion account, Shipstation in general, or is it coming from another source?
Reason for inquiry, our site is displaying rates/shipping methods that shouldn’t be available, such as “USPS Medial Mail”
If rates are being pulled from our Shipstation account, we don’t see this method available in our rates menu / account set up.
If rates are being pulled from Shipstation in general (not specifically from our account), is there a way to hide certain shipping methods / selections?
If rates are being pulled from somewhere else altogether, is there a way to hide certain shipping methods / selections?
Hope this makes sense, if not happy to provide screen shots.
Thanks for your time,
Jeremy
]]>Hello,
We just activated 1Team Software Multi-Carrier ShipStation Shipping Rates for WooCommerce, but orders are not showing in the our Shipstation / we are unable to process the shipping / labels for this order.
]]>The plugin is slowing down my site when someone adds a product to the cart it is taking around 30 for the product to be put in the cart and the site just sits and loads. Anyone have any idea what to do?
]]>Hey guys.. love your plugin! Thank you so much for the effort you put forth on this.
I have a company UPS account setup with Ship Station (with only one option, Ground). And that is the only carrier I have setup in SS.
However, on the checkout page on the Woocommerce site, it shows this ground option but it also shows All UPS Shipstation UPS options. This isn’t even setup in SS.
Could you advise on how to prevent this from showing up?
Thanks so much and regards!
]]>I keep getting orders with local pickup selected and customers stating that there were no shipping options available.
I have confirmed this issue myself. It seems to be sporadic and random, but obviously is a big issue.
]]>Hi,
I have a question regarding how the shipping cost is calculated in the checkout page.
For example, I have a product that has weight of 5kg per 1 piece.
In checkout, the default shipping selected is Australia Post Mypost business Parcel post flat rate satchel 5kg small which cost around AUD 8.
My problem is when the quantity of the product is more than 1.
For example, I order 6pcs of of the same product. The total kg should be 30kg ( should be around AUD 130.
But for some reason the default shipping is still selects the 5kg small that cost AUD8.
How could we rectify this?
By the way, our setting include:
* Max Displayed Rates – 1 ( to display only 1 rate- should display the best applicable rate based on total weight of the order)
* Combine All Products – checked
* Use Cube Dimensions – checked
Good day
I was wondering if this is possible.
Instead of displaying all of the possible shipping rates in as radio button in checkout,
is there a setting to automate the selection (on checkout review) and just display the selection as ‘Shipping’?
Hi there,
I tried to install the free version to check if it works and then upgrade to the PRO version. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to work ?? I always get the same errors for all three carriers that are connected in shipstation. Like this:

Any ideas what’s wrong?
Also another question: Which currency does the Plugin use?
Thanks for your help!

]]>Hi there,
I installed and configured your plugin on my site.
Shipping methods seem to work correctly.
In my ShipStation account, I have the ability to connect to many stores or marketplaces.
I choose WooCommerce
1) Where can I get Authentication Key?
2) Can I send order data to my ShipStation account?
Can you help please?

Hi there,
Do your plugin display “Real-time shipping rates” on the cart page?
I’m dying to find a plugin that shows live expected delivery date for each of the optional shipping methods in Ship Station.
Not looking for “2-3 days” or “5 business days” but something that shows an expected date and takes into account the different service levels (UPS 2-day can be shipped on a Saturday for example while 3-day can not).
Does this plugin have this capability?
Thank you!
