Hi there, I just installed the SPOD plugin on a new WooCommerce eshop. Everything seems to be ready (WooCommerce and SPOD acount configuration are complete) but when I try to launch SPOD “Complete installation” , right after clicking the “Approve” button, I get an “Access Denied” with the following message (translated from french) : Error: An error occurred during the request and it is currently impossible to send the client data.
Seems like a SPOD server-side error isn’t it ? Can you please help me on this case ? Is there somewhere to check SPOD Server Statuses ?
Best regards,
]]>The SPOD plugin was causing errors to my site (I’m not the only one who experienced this). When an update to the plugin was released, it corrected that error issue, but it created another show stopping problem.
The update took my existing WooCommerce integration which has ALL of my products and disconnected it from my store and a NEW WooCommerce integration was then connected to my store.
As of this writing, this SPOD plugin has no way to functionally manage your WooCommerce integration. There is no way from within the WordPress SPOD plugin to manage keys, disconnect the integration, or anything else. There is only the button link that sends me to the SPOD website, where also, there is no way to functionally manage the WooCommerce integration. There is no way to disconnect or remove an integration without deleting your entire SPOD account!! This lack of ability is worthy of zero stars.
Now, all my items are in the disconnected integration with no way to transfer them to the new connected integration, and no way to disconnect an integration from my store and reconnect to the other integration. This means I must recreate every single item from scratch. Will this happen again down the road?
To top it off, SPOD has yet to respond to any of my multiple inquiries. Needless to say I am not pleased.
]]>Spod is suddenly causing plugins like Yoast SEO and the built-in plugin installer to stop working. The error provided when trying to view a plugin’s details is:
Refused to frame: wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=plugin-information&plugin=wc-spod& because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: “child-src app.spod.com”. Note that ‘frame-src’ was not explicitly set, so ‘child-src’ is used as a fallback.
When editing a page, this is what the console shows:
Refused to create a worker from ‘blob:32r932-234234-67567-43177’ because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: “child-src app.spod.com”. Note that ‘worker-src’ was not explicitly set, so ‘child-src’ is used as a fallback.
It makes it impossible to set SEO keywords in the page editor, and I cannot fetch details about a plugin in the popup window before installing it.
Once I deactivate SPOD, everything works as expected.
]]>elementor failed to load. i deactivated all plugins and reactivated one by one to find the one that causes elementor to fail. with SPOD plugin activated, edit page with elementor, elementor will fail to load. deactivated, elementor works fine. I tested this several times with same result an with several different themes.
]]>I received an order from a customer on 11/28/22 via my woocommerce storefront. As of today 11/30/22, the order has been in “processing” status for 2 days!
It should have been sent to SPOD for fulfillment. However, there is no order in SPOD.
I have verified that the SPOD API is updating products in the Woocommerce store, so the SPOD and Woocommerce plugins seem to be connected and communicating. I’m truly at a loss for why the order isn’t automatically being sent to SPOD.
Using latest version of WordPress and all plugins are up-to-date.
Assistance Needed!
I made new t-shirt and it do not add into my woocommernce shop.
then I downloaded the csv. I tried to import it. It made like 9 products with no images. I had to delete them.
is there a guide? Thank you
