I want to report some issues. I made the tests with those plugins activated

3. I followed this guide https://www.businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-add-new-tab-account-page/ to add a tab into my account page with your shortcode. Check the video https://screenpal.com/watch/c0lZbbVHrsl When I click the support page at the header the plugin seems to work although I see a duplicate message. All the assets of the plugin are loaded properly https://prnt.sc/lVqSRj8lWO_0 This doesn’t happens when I click the new tab into my account page. For some reason the plugin assets are not loaded https://prnt.sc/pMpr4Bv-d87R

Hello, I just bought the premium version after a few days trying the free version.

I have found that the shortcode [support-tickets-table] does not work fine, buttons are not working. The shortcode It was something that until now I had not tried.

I have disabled all plugins, except for woocommerce, elementor and this one. It does not seem to me to be incompatibility with the plugins.

I have put the shortcode on a clean page so you can see how it looks. I hope you have some idea on how to fix it.

We have detected that some orders are not appering on the list of orders and neither on the Booking activites list.
We receive the payment, we receive the email but then the ID order is not on the list of orders in the dashboard.

Dear support team,

I’ve integrated your support plugin into our site, but on the mobile or small browser size the footer struction is ruined after activating your plugin.

Within small or mobile browser approach, instead the footer allignment will be done one by one it is alligned in 4 blocks (usual only on big screen approach) and is not breaking down as it should on the mobile approach.

I have the breadcrumbs displayed on my woocommerce subfolders. (Multisite WP install).
However, I’m getting a 301 redirect because the URL used for home by the woocommerce breadcrumbs is without the slash at the end, like the actual link.

So instead of this:
<nav class="woocommerce-breadcrumb"><a href="mysite/travel-deals">

I need this:
<nav class="woocommerce-breadcrumb"><a href="mysite/travel-deals/">

I don’t understand why you don’t pick the true link.

PS. Didn’t update to the last version of the plugin, as it tells me it’s not tested with the latest version of WP. Maybe you can do something about that, too? I’m 99% sure it’s ok, but since you guys didn’t consider it ok to say it’s compatible, I don’t want to take any chances.

i am using this plugin for my store . when i click on “Add to cart” button page is reload but product not add in cart . i don’t know what is the issue . can you please check it for me. also products already in my cart when i update the cart or click on cross icon there is no changes on cart (https://prnt.sc/p1kc44).

I see there is an issue with the html nesting for this button tho: https://nimb.ws/q75do1
If you inspect the code, you will see that the nesting is out of the plugin container div.

Also, for the mobile view: https://nimb.ws/BFqfsP
The tickets table for the users is unresponsive and pushes to the side.

Would you plan to consider these fixes please OR does it support a templating system so we can fix them for our needs?
