I have messed with this plugin for over 6 months, all of which the author was promising the Pro version in January of 2019. It is not mid April and he can’t even get the free version dialed in, let alone actually follow through on the idea of Pro version. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I used this for months and it worked fine. The author then released a major update that deleted all previous settings and API code, and left multiple sites without a working shipping option.
The updated plugin states that the Pro version needed to be bought to activate options that used to be free, but when clicking to upgrade there is no finished Pro version!
Who would upgrade a plugin that deletes essential information, guarantees that the plugin fails to work, and that promotes a Pro version when the Pro version isn’t finished?!

This Plugin works exactly as described, i needed an extra option “Base Fee” and asked the developer if this is possible? Within a week the new updated plugin was available with Base Fee option. Thanks God I found Shipping Distance Matrix . It is simple and does what it says. If you need to Calculate Distance based delivery charges as at https://www.privatebakery.com, search no further and install this plugin.
I have been using paid plugin “WooCommerce Distance Rate Shipping”. That plugin was full of bugs. Just deleted it
