Hi! I am trying to find a plugin that will help us sort Google Analytics data and display it on a WordPress-based web page. We are sending video view info to GA using a custom tag that includes the video title, video URL, and the URL of the page from which it was viewed. Can your product help with this, whether the free or paid version? I’ve done a cursory search of the documentation and I’m not sure.
]]>Hello,
I’m looking for a plugin which allows free (!) usable shortcodes both on frontend-pages as well as in PHP-widgets.
I have read the article on https://help.10web.io/hc/en-us/articles/360017852692-Publishing-Google-Analytics-Widget but as far as I understood the plugin only offers it’s own widget to display GA-data om the frontend, right?
What I want to do is to use the values of total visitors, yesterdays visitors, todays visitors and current visitors within my own PHP-widget. Data should be fetched by something like
<?php
$a = do_shortcode(“[your_shortcode_for_all_visitors_of_the_site]”);
…
?>
Is that possible?
Thanks a lot for your kind response.
Kind regards
Matta
Hi,
Kindly confirm if we will be able to get the front end reports on the website and not as widgets after installing the plugin? Is this feature part of a free version?
Please confirm

Hi,
We need GOOGLE ANALYTICS for each of the 60 sites (Multi Sites).
One of the main requirement is that, on the backend of the main site, we should be able to see all of the Google Analytics data of ALL OF THE 60 SITES. So for example, if they need to see how many total site visitors in all of the 60 websites, they should be able to see that data from the backend of the main site.
Then on the backend of each of the individual language sites, they should be able to see the data of that particular site. So on the backend of site-2, they should be able to see the data of ONLY site-2 ONLY. On the backend of site-3, it should be the analytics data of site-3 only. But on the MAIN site, it should be able to show the data of ALL OF THE 60 SITES TOGETHER.
Thank You!
]]>Hi. After upgrading to PHP 7.4, I’m seeing lots of warning messages in the logs like:
PHP Warning: “continue” targeting switch is equivalent to “break”. Did you mean to use “continue 2”? in /var/www/copo/infocate.com/wp-content/plugins/wd-google-analytics/google/vendor/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/Message/MessageFactory.php on line 197.
This is an old bug affecting PHP >= 7.3 already fixed in Guzzle: https://github.com/guzzle/guzzle/issues/2111
Could you please update vendors? This error is flooding the logs. Thank you.
]]>Hello ??
First, thanks for this plugin, i’m using it mainly to display real time users on my wordpress dashboard.
It works but each time i’m leaving it and i’m coming back to the dashboard : “Last 7 Days” is shown.
Is there a way to force the “Real Time” screen to be always displayed at first ?
Thanks
Bruno
In RTL languages there are some misplacements in charts and views.

]]>Is the plugin multisite network compatible?
I would like to use a different google analytics account for each of the subsites on my network.
Is this possible?
Do you support user time spent on page? For example:
userId: 123, pages: [/one: 5min, /two: 3min, /three: 00:42 sec]
userId: 124, pages: [/one: 2min, /three: 01:42 sec]
When I click on authenticate, I get a blank pop up.
]]>I just got a message from WordFence saying this plugin has been removed from the WordPress repo. The repo page just says:
This plugin was closed on August 10, 2019 and is no longer available for download.
Can you explain more? Why was it removed and is it coming back?
Thanks,
Brian

Hi, I’ve made a mistake while trying to reauthentication the account and now have lost all the data I’ve got before. Can I revoke the action somehow?
]]>My settings in Google Analytics WD do not show any options for Email or Alerts. I thought upgrading would either fix this or give me access to one on one support to resolve the issue.
What does the “Paid version” extra support even mean if I don’t even have an email address I can email if I have a problem???
Someone please help.
]]>Are there any shortcodes for front-end in the Free version?

]]>Hi, my google analytics account report, Acquisition, All Traffic, Source/Medium, Adsense, primary dimensions: Keywords is not tracking all the bing keyword to adsense revenue conversions.
For most of the clicks, it says the keyword is “Not Set” and “Not Provided”.
Does your paid plugin reports track the bing keyword to Google Adsense click conversions?

]]>Hi guys, it seems i cannot get any information for my website.
Real Time says zero, and under every single box it says: Can not get data for this property, maybe the property is deleted or changed. Refresh user info.
Can you guys please advise?
]]>Hello, I have problems with the plugin. When I go to ‘Refresh user info’ and press ‘Reauthenticate’ a new window is opened. I choose the google account and copy-paste the code. Then I click on submit and the button ‘Reauthenticate’ appears again
]]>Hi there. For a few days now I’ve been getting the message, “Can not get data for this property, maybe the property is deleted or changed.” I’ve tried both Refresh User Info and Reauthenticate but neither has made a difference. The property still exists, since I can check the data directly on Google Analytics.
I noticed a few days ago that it wasn’t working, but it may have been broken before that. Since the last time I know it was working, I have updated both WordPress and several plugins (including WDGA) but
I’m running WordPress 4.9.6 and WDGA 1.2.1.
Thanks for any help you can give.
]]>I’m trying to change the account that is used for Google Analytics WD, but when I press “Reauthenticate” in Settings it goes straight to “Paste the authentication code from the popup to this input” but no popup window shows up to login. And it behaves the same in Chrome (both incognito and not), Firefox, Safari with all adblockers disabled, and popups allowed.
On top of that, I can’t even disable the plugin. Whenever I “deactivate” the plugin, it is still activated unless I delete the wd-google-analytics folder from plugins. However, when I reinstall the plugin it jumps straight to being enabled again. And using “Uninstall” in the Analytics menu doesn’t seem to do anything helpful to this effect.
This may be a bigger issue however, because none of the tracking information is showing up in any of the dashboard widgets as if there is no tracking data available at all (whereas there is months of data for that property in the google analytics account).
]]>With GDPR looming, I’ve installed a cookie-blocking plugin (WeePie Cookie Allow) to prevent my website loading cookies until a user has given permission. WD Google Analytics is overriding the plugin and placing a Google Analytics cookies on visitors’ browsers when they land on my home page. How can I prevent this happening until they have explicitly given permission for cookies?
]]>I have installed WD Google Analytics and connected to my property on Google Analytics, but still get the message: “Reports charts are temporarily disabled in this version. Please use Google Analytics dashboard to view them.”
How can I fix this problem?
Many thanks, David Tracey
]]>Hello,
I have been using the free version of your GAWD plugin for a couple of months now.
Everything worked fine, including updates, until today.
I decided to enter my IP address in the filter (‘Settings’ section) to have it excluded from the stats/analytics. To my big surprise the very next window I saw was: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page”.
Now, in my WP Dashboard I can still see ‘Analytics’, but with only two items listed: ‘Analytics’ and ‘Overview’. I am logged in as Admin with all the rights and privileges.
I spend hours and hours trying to fix it. Deactivating, reactivating, trying to see some clues through MySQL back-end; purging the cache, logged in as a different admin from a different IP address. Nothing worked.
I’d appreciate if someone here could be of any assistance.
Thank you,
Ian
I want to know – with absolute certainty because of the possible fines coming up – that if I use analytics and set ‘anonymize IP address’ – that visitors are not possible to identify by any means from the data collected by Google.
(if not – it is not possible to use analytics within EU law)
is there anything else to do when you would like to have statistics but legally.
