The plugin is not working anymore. When trying to get a new token I have the error:

At the moment your plugin uses 2 instances of "%%%s%%" in feeds.php:

$where .= ' AND feed_name LIKE "%%%s%%"';

While this is fine at the moment, it is an undocumented “feature” that should be removed in the future.

The wpdb::prepare() documentation notes that percentage wildcards cannot be inserted directly into the SQL, and instead the complete LIKE string should be provided via the arguments, e.g.

$where .= ' AND feed_name LIKE %s';

$prepare_args[] = '%' . $wpdb->esc_like( $this->search_text ) . '%';

I will note that you’re currently using esc_html() and stripslashes(), but I’m not sure if they are needed.

It’s undocumented because the "%%" should only provide a single literal percentage sign, and not cause the following "%s" to be unquoted.

would it be possible to have a preview for the layout option “blog style” of the instagram feed ?

Hi, do I have to use a cookie banner to give visitors the choice whether the image data of Instagram is loaded with this plugin? Will tracking data be transmitted to Instagram by simply loading the image urls? Does the plugin transmit any visitor data to Instagram?

I currently use the 10Web Social Photo Feed plugin to display my Instagram feed on my website, but it is no longer displaying my feed. This same thing happened a month ago and I had to keep installing a different plugin, so I’m wondering why this is the case. Anyone have a solution?

Hi, having an issue with the Instagram plug-in. It’s been working fine but recently stopped. When I try to reconnect the account I get the following error.

Hi, I have this plugin installed and it was working just fine. However, about 10 days ago the feed stopped working. I looked into it and was told that Facebook was completing security and safety checks and the feeds were temporarily down. “Should be up and running in a week”, that time frame has passed and the feed is still not working. Any tips on how to make the feed sync again or what the problem is?

a few days ago, the instagram feed on my WP site starting displaying the following error….

“warning – instagram feed is loaded using AJAX request. it might not display properly”

(followed by a non-working “follow” button without the rest of the IG feed)

it had been working fine for months and i haven’t made any changes to the site since. any help appreciated, thanks!

When trying to load /wp-admin/plugins.php I receive a “critical error” message.

This only happens once I activate the wd-instagram-feed plugin.

I have tried reinstalling v 1.4.27 of the plugin, and still get the same behaviour. This appears to be the same error reported in https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/fatal-error-4020/

The plugin “10Web Social Photo Feed” updated it′s self yestarday, and it′s not working anymore. After that, we′ve been trying to activate it again, but the following message appears:

Instagram Feed by 10Web does not manage to display my Instagram-feed.

I only get the following error message: “There is no media in this feed”.

And if I try to doing the setup from start:

Connect an Instagram Account => Personal => Profile choice => Error message: {“error_type”: “OAuthException”, “code”: 400, “error_message”: “Insufficient developer role”}

I tried a competing solution – Social Slider Feeds – and this worked ok. So: The problem must be with your plugin and not the Instagram-setup.

On our website we are not seeing the media from instagram, only a notice saying “There is no media in this feed”. I already followed as much of the advice as I could find on here but nothing has helped so far.
